Jennie POV
Lisa pulls away from the kiss "Jen.. I am sorry. I don't know why I did that." Lisa says
"It's okay. Lis. I am not expecting anything. You were just caught up in the moment." It isn't your fault
Lisa moves in for a hug but Jennie squeals like she was in pain.. when Lisa looks at her arm she sees a bruise.. a bruise she did when she harshly grabbed her arm earlier..
"Jennie.. I.. I didn't mean to. I am so sorry." Lisa cries
"It is okay. I forgive you. You were mad. I think I would have done the same thing if I was in your place. I had my chance and I blew it, then you came back and I tried to beg you to come back to me....again. When you saw me with Tzuyu.. I could understand why you immediately thought that. It isn't your fault.. its just a bruise. It'll heal." Jennie assures her
"Jen I am just so messed up right now.. I don't even know the difference between being heart broken and living. I don't understand what I am feeling.. all I know is that I wanna be with family right now.. Do you mind if I stay here with you and Justin tonight?" Lisa asks
"Sure. I'll prepare the guest room." Jennie faintly smiles as she makes her way to do exactly that
Lisa POV
Hours later, Lisa was resting in the guest room, when she stood up to say goodnight to Justin who is in Jennie's room.
*knock knock* Lisa opens the door
Jennie abruptly stands up.. and is shocked at seeing Lisa by the door of her bedroom
"Uh.. Lisa.. Sorry.. I uhh.." Jennie says but is interrupted by Lisa.. "You're wearing my shirt... I haven't seen that in the longest time..." Lisa says
"Im sorry.. I just wear it when I am anxious.. part of me would feel that it'd be you hugging me... sorry, Let me wash it and give it back." Jennie says as she is about to go change
"Keep it, Jen. But I do want something in return.." Lisa says
"Whats that?" Jennie asks
"Let me stay here tonight, let me hug you... and Justin for real. Would that be okay?" Lisa asks
Jennie just nods her head and gets back in bed.. Lisa then follows and stays beside Justin who is now in between them.
"Go to sleep, Jennie. Thank you for letting me be here." Lisa says as she kisses her son's head
In the middle of the night, Lisa wakes up because she hears Jennie sobbing..
"Hey.. whats wrong?" Lisa says as she sits up
"I just.. I love this. I love you being here.. I love feeling that you will always be here.. but I can't help but feel that this is just for tonight. That you don't really love me anymore.. not the way you used to at least.. and I keep thinking when I wake up tomorrow. This moment will always just be a memory, because I know the way you love Lisa.. you are going to fight for her.. and you should. She makes you happy." Jennie says
"Im sorry, Jen. I didn't know being here like this would break your heart even more. This isn't fair for you." Lisa stands up
"Wh..where are you going?" Jennie asks
"To the guest room. Lets not complicate things anymore. Im sorry." Lisa says and makes her way out of Jennie's room
Justin wakes up and looks at Jennie... "Don't cry, Mommy. I won't leave you to sleep in the guest room. I will be here when you wake up, Mommy. Lets go to sleep" He says
Jennie just smiles at her smart little boy, and feels his hug from behind. "Thank you, baby. I love you. Goodnight." She says as she makes her way back to sleep
