Rosie POV
Flashback: Lisa & Rosie in Australia
"Lisayaaa, you can't always be sad, I know you miss Jennie but you need to take care of yourself too!" Rosie worryingly says to Lisa
"Its no use Rosie, No matter what I do, my mind finds its way back to her." Lisa responds
"I know! and you can't say no! lets go to the park!!" Rosie says "Naaaah." Lisa replies
"I said you can't say no!" Rosie insists, "Fine lemme get ready, geez" Lisa finally agrees
AT THE PARK
"See this isn't so bad, the sky looks amazing, these kids look happy, and look over there, they are even dancing. You love dancing!" Rosie happily says
Lisa didn't want to admit that going to the park did make her feel better, but Rosie took the hint when Lisa started to smile.
Moments later, something caught her eye, there was this cute little girl dancing with her friends and she reminded her of a mini jennie.. she walked up to the little girl
"Wow, kid! nice moves! Where did you learn to dance like that??" Lisa asks
"uhmmmm... well... we uhm.. have clubs in our orphanage to keep us active and happy, and I love to dance so I joined the dance club!" the little girl replied
"You live in an orphanage? which one, I would love to come by and dance with you!" Lisa smiles
"The one two blocks over, its called "Little angels", you know how to dance??" she asks Lisa
"Why yes! Just like you its my favorite thing to do!" Lisa responds, "and she's really good at it too" Rosie interrupts
"Would you want to dance with me now?" Lisa asks "Okay!" says the little girl
"But first do you mind telling me your name?" Lisa asks "Its Ella! and you?" Ella returns the question "I am Lisa and I am looking forward to spending more time with you!" Lisa smiles as they begin dancing
Rosie was watching the two dance when someone approaches her, "Wow, I barely see Ella smile, but today she almost seems happy!" the girl says, "My friend Lisa hasn't been too good lately either but today she seems a lot happier too." Rosie says
"I am Wendy by the way, I work for Little Angels" the girl says, "Nice to meet you Wendy, I'm Rosie, and thats Lisa. Would it be okay for Lisa to visit Ella once in a while and dance with her?" Rosie asks
"I am sure Ella would love that, she hasn't been talking so much lately, no one seems to adopt her because she doesn't talk at all, Im glad she is smiling right now, I love seeing her happy" Wendy says
"Do you mind me asking what happened to her parents?" Rosie asks
"Well its the typical thing, she was left in front of our orphanage, the only difference is she was 5 when it happened so she still remembers her parents." Wendy responds
"Yaaa! Rosie!! Do you see how good this little cutie is!!" Lisa yells out
"Yes! oh by the way this is Wendy! She works for Little angels, she said you are more than free to visit Ella and dance with her!" Rosie says
"Nice to meet you Lisa!" Wendy waves, and Lisa smiles at her "You too!"
Ella runs to Wendy, "Really Wendyy, Lisa can visit me???" she says in excitement
"Of course, I love seeing you happy, pretty!" Wendy says as she hugs Ella
Lisa POV
Months pass and Lisa keeps her word, she visits Ella twice a week, and Ella has grown very attached to Lisa
The day before Lisa's flight home, she goes to see Ella and Wendy
"Hi Ella, I have something to ask you." Lisa says smiling
"What is it??" Ella says in excitement
"Well, I am flying home tomorrow for a while, but before I go, I wanted to ask you if I could adopt you?" Lisa asks nervously
"Yes!! Yes! I would love to stay with you forever Lisa!!" Ella is jumping in happiness
"Lisa can I talk to you for a second" Wendy asks "Sure!" Lisa says as they move to the corner of the room
"I am so happy you want to adopt Ella! but we might take a while to get approval due to a couple factors, such that you are going to raise her alone, most approvals come thru for couples, now I am not saying that its impossible because the opinion of the child is very important and Ella does love you so we will try our best. We will contact you in a couple weeks for the result. I just wanted to let you know everything before hand." Wendy explains
"I would really appreciate that and I won't stop until Ella comes home with me, I love her very much. Please update me and let me know if there are things you would need me to take care of." Lisa hugs Wendy and says her goodbyes to Ella assuring her that she will be back soon
