Jennie POV
Everyday since the accident Jennie would visit Lisa in the hospital. She would always keep her company. She wouldn't force Lisa to remember anything, she thought maybe just by being there Lisa would.
One day as Jennie was sitting next to Lisa showing her pictures and videos of them as a group, Lisa said something alarming.
"Rosie (Lisa says to Jennie), how come you come see me more than Jennie? Does she not love me anymore because Im a vegetable here?" Lisa cries"Jennie loves you very much, Lisa. She is also just having a hard time taking this all in." Jennie says as she sadly smiles
"The doctor said some of my memories are jumbled, do you mind telling me about that? I think I am ready to hear it." Lisa pleads
Jennie thinks about it, she doesn't want Lisa to get worse but she also doesn't want Lisa to forget everything they had
"I can't explain it, Lisa. But let me show you." Jennie says as she leans in for a kiss
"Ro..Rosie.. I'm with Jennie. But don't get me wrong lately I have been feelings things for you too, I just don't think this is right." Lisa says as she looks the other way
Jennie is now frustrated, by impulse she makes Lisa face her "Lisa, I am not Rosie. I am Jennie, when the doctor said your memories are jumbled thats what she meant. You think I am Rosie, and Rosie is me." Jennie realizes that she spoke too much too soon
Lisa is now in shock, "What do you mean you are Jennie? You are Rosie!!" Lisa insists
Jennie pulls out her phone and shows her old photos and videos of them being together.
Lisa places her hand on her head "No no no no.. those memories are with Jennie!!"
Jennie is now worried "Lisa I am so sorry, I did not mean to cause you any pain." I'll leave.
"Wait!.. Jennie?" and Jennie turns around, she sees Lisa, kneeling on the ground..."Will you marry me?" Lisa says with tears in her eyes, holding the ring she gave Jennie years ago..
