The song was shining through the window and I woke up and Y/N wasn't in the bed with me. I got out of bed and went to the balcony and I seen a yellow cab drive her down the street on broadway. I stood there looking at the sky.
"I wish I could erase the mistakes I made Y/N . I'm sorry." I said to myself knowing she couldn't hear me. I went back inside and sat on the bed with my head in my hands . I walked downstairs and we were smoking in the kitchen when the doorbell rang .
"I'll get it!" I got up and walked to the door. I opened it and seen Y/N standing there.
"Y/N hey."
"Hey colson. can i come in?"
"yea." i moved aside and let her in. I closed the door.
"we need to talk colson."
"okay."
We sat down on the couch and looked at each other .
"Colson I shouldn't have left like that this morning ."
"It's okay Y/N. I tried to get away with the worst this time and you caught me. I don't blame you for leaving ."
It was quiet.
"I tried to find a place for the words so I can say sorry."
"Colson.."
"It's so shitty how I waste love. I know it's shitty how I waste love Y/N."
"Colson everyone wastes love . It's okay."
"No it's not. I come every night and i'm wasted and you don't deserve that."
"Colson I don't but you're only human ."
"Y/N it's getting hard to fake how I feel when your face still haunts me."
"Colson then stop faking it. Just be honest with your feelings."

"Colson you tried to get away with the worst but this time I caught you ."

We started making up.
~The next day~
I woke up and Y/N was laying in my arms. I was admiring her and she woke up.
"Wait. I thought we were done how did you end up in my arms last night Y/N?"
"I don't know Colson."
"I guess a little pain kinda makes you feel good sometimes."
"I guess so."
She got up and got dressed.
"Why you try to run when I feel like you the one sometimes Y/N?"
"I don't know Colson . I guess i'm not used to your love."
"I guess a little bit of a pain kinda makes it feel good."
"I guess so Colson."
"I just want you back."
"I still can't believe you tried to get away with the worst this time. I caught you."
"I know Y/N I can't believe it either."
"I tried to make you stay with my words but I lost you ."
"No you didn't lose me."
"So shitty how you waste love Colson . It's so fucking shitty how you waste love !"
"IM SORRY!"
We looked at each other.
"YOU COME HOME EVERY NIGHT AND YOU ARE FUCKING WASTED!".
"IM ONLY HUMAN Y/N!"
There was a knock on the door.
"Yea?"
The door opened and it was the band.
"Everything okay?"
"Yea." I said looking at her .
It was quiet until she broke the silence.
"I thought we were done how did I end up in your arms last night?"
"I don't know Y/N."
"But I guess a little bit of pain kinda makes it feel good sometimes." She looked at me and walked out the door. I watched her from the balcony get into a cab and drive away. We haven't talked since that day.
