Kara POV

A giant robot randomly started attacking the city, we don't know who sent it but I have a clue, from the symbol on the front I can tell it's Lex Luther.

No one seems to believe he would hurt the public so of course it's up to us to stop the robot. Since they don't plan on taking Lex Luther to prison.

We all huddle up talking strategy. "Okay so we have no idea what this robot is capable of so Green lantern, and Zatanna. Make sure no one gets hurt." They nod in response. "Supergirl batgirl and bumble bee your with me." She finishes. Zee and Jessica immediately go to helping the people evacuate. That's my girl.

"What about us?" Karen asks worried.

"Bumble bee you will see if you can short circuit it, Batgirl assist Karen, and supergirl your with me distracting it." I nod

Immediately flying toward the robot ready to throw a punch at it. It catches me. "Uh oh." I tell myself as I'm tossed into a building. I groan, "stupid robot."

"Supergirl are you alright." I look down to see a worried look on Zee's face. I send her a thumbs up before going in for another attack as Diana holds it down with her lasso. When I land the punch it does nothing to the robot. "Huh?" A shaft opens showing kryptonite. "Seriously" I groan as I fall to the floor losing at power.

"Supergirl!" I hear Diana yell worried.

"I'm okay." I respond not actually okay but I need her to focus. I feel the robot pick me up and I cant move feeling powerless. I see it's other arm turning into a needle. My eyes go wide immediately. "Nononono." I start panicking. I scream in pain as the needle pierces my skin, right on my shoulder.

"Supergirl!!" I hear the girls yell as the robot releases me, I fall to the ground with a thud. I'm motionless first at least a minute. That hurt but I slowly stand up like nothing happened even though I'm bleeding from my shoulder.

"What did he do to me?" I ask myself covering my shoulder with my hand. I feel normal except for the sharp pain in my shoulder. That freaking hurt.

"Supergirl!" I turn around Zee running over to me. "Are you okay!?" She asks panic on her face as she checks my shoulder. She gasps when she sees the bleeding.

"I'm fine, the sun should heal that soon." I tell her. The sun is really the source of my power Clark said something about it but I wasn't paying attention.

"What did they do to you?" She asks examining the wound.

"I don't know stab me with a needle, I feel fine maybe it was something they wanted to test?" I respond not sure. "But I guess it didn't work."

"I'm just glad your okay." She says. She reaches for my hands holding them in hers.

"Where did it go?" I ask looking around not seeing it.

"I'm afraid it flead after it attacked you." Diana says. Her and the girls walking up to us. Zee and I pull apart giving the girls are attention.

"What happened?" Barbra asks.

"It injected something into me but I feel fine." I respond.

I feel my shoulder slowly healing itself. "Should I run tests." Barbra ask.

"No way I'm not letting you run tests on me." I respond.

"Why not?" She asks offended.

"Because I know better than to trust you with that." I retort.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" She asks.

"It means no so forget it." I cross my arms turning away from them.

"Supergirl it might be best to make sure it isn't dangerous." Jessica chips in.

"Look I'm fine I don't feel anything." I assure them.

"Are you sure you don't feel anything strange?" Zee asks a worried look on her face, her eyes keep drifting to my shoulder.

"Seriously I'm okay." I explain. "I really don't feel anything."

"I'll trust your judgement." Diana says and I sigh in relief at someone finally agreeing with me.

"Great now how about sweet justice?" I offer, hoping to change the mood.

They all nod exited for ice cream starting to walk away. I notice Zee not moving staring at my shoulder.

"We should go." I tell her.

"If you suddenly feel sick or in pain you can tell me." She assures me.

"Stop worrying I'll be fine." I respond. A small smile appearing on her face but it isn't a real one, that I can tell.

"Just trust me." I plead hoping she'll just let it go.

She sighs. "I trust you." She replies.

I pull her into a hug. "I know you do." I respond. She looks up at me placing a kiss on my cheek. "Your cute." I complement.

"You are too." She says back. We're about to kiss when we hear a click and see a flash of light. We both freeze like a deer in headlights.

"Get some shots of the two of them!" I hear someone yell. Oh great it's the reporters.

"Supergirl I think we should leave." Zee whispers to me.

I feel her arms wrap around my neck as I pick her up quickly taking off out of there. I drop us off in an alleyway. "We should hurry the girls are probably waiting." Zee ushers, she chants a spell and in seconds we're in are normal clothes.

"Magic really comes in handy." I complement.

"It does." She responds. "But now let's hurry." She pulls on my wrist as we start walking over to sweet justice.

As we walk into sweet justice we spot are friends.  They start waving us over, we take a seat in the booth.

"What took you guys so long?" I hear Barbra ask.

"Some reporters." Zee replies rolling her eyes.

We continue on like this hanging out and talking with are friends but I don't let go of her hand, it brings comfort to me knowing she's next to me.

I feel her hand tightly grip mine. I look at her and she's smiling at me.
