At the cafeteria, Weiss, Blake and Yang were sitting next to each other while Y/N was sitting across from Weiss. Yang and Weiss were eating, Blake was reviewing her notes and Y/N was memorizing his ninpo scrolls.
Yang: (to Blake) Whatcha doing?
Blake: (closed her book) Nothing, just going over notes from last semester.
Yang catches a grape in her mouth
Yang: Lame, what about you bro?
Y/N ignored her and continued reading his scroll.
Yang: Y/N, it's rude to ignore someone!
Y/N: (still looking at his scroll) So is dragging someone
Yang: Oh come on, you're still mad about that?
Y/N: Nope, just making a point.
From the other table were team JNPR was, Nora threw an apple and Y/N caught it without looking and puts it on the table.
Ruby walked to the table, lifted up a heavy binder and slammed it on the table, catching everyone by surprise.
Ruby: (clearing her throat) Sisters... brother... friends.... Weiss.
Weiss: Hey!
Ruby: Four score and seven minutes ago, I had a dream.
Yang: This ought to be good
Ruby: A dream where one day, the five of us come together as a team and have the most fun anyone has ever had... ever!
Weiss: Did you steal my binder?
Ruby: (makes a peace sign) I'm not a crook!
Blake: What are you talking about?
Ruby: I'm talking about kicking off the semester with a bang!
Yang: I always kick my semesters off with a Yang!
Y/N groans in disgust at the bad pun, grabs the apple and throws it at Yang causing it to bounce off her head. Nora can be heard laughing and Yang growls at Y/N who is back to reading his scroll.
Ruby: Look guys, it's been a good two weeks and between more exchange students arriving and the tournament at the end of the year, our second semester is going to be great! But, classes start back up tomorrow! Which is why I've taken the time to schedule a series of wonderful events for us today.
Weiss: I don't know whether to be proud or scared of what you have in store.
Yang, still glaring at Y/N, grabs the apple he hit her with and throws it at him but he ducked his head down before it connected and went across the room and hit a random student causing them shout out "Hey!".
Blake: I don't know. I think I might sit this one out.
Weiss: Sit out or not, I think that however we spend this last day, we should do it as a team!
Nora: I got it!
Weiss: I for one think that...
SPLAT!
Weiss was interrupted by the sound of a pie hitting the back of Y/N's head causing him to drop his scroll. Team RWBY went wide eyed and looked at the source while Y/N slowly turned around with an unamused look on his face and saw team JNPR.
