A few hours after arriving in Patch, Summer and Raven were giving (y/n) Rwby a tour of their house. The small boy was being carried by Summer as she was showing him the rooms around the house.
The little boy set his sights on a family portrait that showed a three year old Ruby, a five year old Yang, Summer holding a newborn Y/N and Taiyang. What caught his curiosity was that Tai's face was crossed out.
(y/n): Umm... Miss Summer?
Summer: Yes?
(y/n): Why is his face crossed out?
Summer looked at the family portrait with a frown and turned back to the tiny boy with a gentle smile.
Summer: We don't talk about him.
(y/n): (confused) But why?
Summer: Don't worry about it. Come on, let me show you the rest of the house.
Summer walked away from the portrait with (y/n) still in hand. He glanced back at the portrait, still confused what happened to have Summer vandalize Taiyang in the picture.
(Meanwhile)
While Summer and Raven were giving (y/n) a tour of the house. Y/N was with Ruby and Yang in the backyard playing fetch with Zwei.
Ruby: (throwing a tennis ball) Go get it, boy!
Zwei ran after the ball, barking in the process.
Yang: Maybe we should take Zwei back to Beacon with us.
Y/N: Bad idea
Yang: Why do you say that?
Y/N: Blake dosen't like dogs
Ruby: WHAT?! HOW COULD ANYONE NOT LIKE ZWEI!?
Zwei ran back with the ball in his mouth and wagging his little tail. Ruby picked him up and snuggled with him.
Ruby: I mean, just look how cute he is!
Ruby held Zwei out to Y/N as Zwei barked and began panting.
Y/N: I don't know why she doesn't like dogs she just never has.
Yang looked at Zwei and smiled
Yang: You wanna go to Beacon with us and scare a grumpy kitty?!
Zwei barked in happily, Ruby jumped in excitement but Y/N looked at Yang in confusion.
Y/N: If Blake ever asks, I had no part of it!
(Time skip)
Y/N was walking back to his room. When he opened the door, he saw (y/n) riding on Zwei's back trying to get away from Ruby and Yang. (y/n) looked over to him standing in the door way and had Zwei run over to him.
(y/n): Help me!
Y/N gently picked (y/n) up off of Zwei.
Y/N: What's going on here?
Ruby: Well.... we decided to have (y/n) try on some new clothes.
Yang: And we figured that the only clothes he would fit in is our old dolls clothes.
Yang and Ruby held up a set of doll clothes to show him.
