Mae and Rey get onto the Falcon and they flew off into the sky. They talked to each other about the plan. "As soon as I launch, you jump back out of range. Stay there until you get my signal for where to rendezvous. He will trust me alone, if I have someone else... He won't and the mission fails." Mae said to them. "Rey... If you see Leia and I don't make it. Tell her, I did this for the Resistance." She said as she hugged her friends. She got into the pod and smiled softly before they closed the door and launched it. She laid there holding her lightsaber and she watched the galaxy consume her. She closed her eyes as she waited. She heard herself landing onto a ship and she opened her eyes nervously. 

She sees Kylo Ren waiting there for her and takes a deep breath. He walks off then two stormtroopers get her out. She struggled under their grip but it was too tight. She got handcuffed and she rolled her eyes. She was given to Kylo, they walked to the elevator. They both walked into the elevator to go somewhere Mae didn't know where. "You don't have to do this. I feel the conflict in you. It's tearing you apart. Ben, when we touched hands, I saw your future. Just the shape of it, but solid and clear. You will not bow before Snoke. You will turn. I'll help you. I saw it." Mae ranted. She turned to face him and was like a foot away from him maybe inches away. "I saw something, too. Because of what I saw, I know when the moment comes, you'll be the one to turn. You'll stand with me. Mae, I saw who your parents are." Kylo said as he led her in the throne room. She looked at Snoke and took a deep breath in. He really did look ugly in the flesh. "Well done, my good and faithful apprentice. My faith in you is restored. Young Mae. Welcome." Snoke said. Kylo kneeled down behind Mae which made her kinda of uneasy.

Somehow, her handcuffs fell off. She was guessing Snoke had something to do with it. She rubbed her hands and looked at him. "Come closer, child. So much strength. Darkness rises, and light to meet it. I warned my young apprentice that as he grew stronger, his equal in the light would rise." He said taking Mae's lightsaber from Kylo to him. "Skywalker.... I assumed. Wrongly. Closer, I said." Snoke said to Mae. She felt herself being dragged to him and there was nothing she could do. "You underestimate Skywalker, and Ben Solo, and me. We will be your downfall." Mae spoke bravely. She was almost to his face when he finally stopped. "Oh.... have you seen something? A weakness in my apprentice. Is that why you came?" He said before laughing. "Young fool. It was I who bridged your minds. I stoked Ren's conflicted soul. I knew he was not strong enough to hide it from you. And you were not wise enough to resist the bait. And now, you will give me Skywalker. Then I will kill you with the cruelest stroke." Snoke said. He had his hand on Mae's cheek which made her look at him with disgust. "No." She stood up against him. "Yes." He said before forcing her in the air. He probed her mind for the important information he needed. "Give me everything." Snoke said. She tried to block her mind out but he was strong. It was only causing her pain. "No! No! No!" Mae yelled out.

Kylo watched helplessly as he watched the girl he loved be hurt. He looked away as he couldn't take it. She screamed in pain as she closed her eyes. She fell down onto the ground. She glared at Snoke. "Well, well, I did not expect Skywalker to be so wise. We will give him and the Jedi Order the death he desires. After the Rebels are gone, we will go to his planet and obliterate the entire island." Snoke said. Mae reached her hand out for her lightsaber, it came to her but also hit her head since Snoke took over. She felt herself get angry as her lightsaber went back to the place besides Snoke. "Such spunk. Look here now." He continued before forcing her to the window. She looked outside to see the transports getting fired at. She blamed herself for this... If she didn't leave she could've protected them. "The entire Resistance on those transports. Soon they will all be gone. For you, all is lost." Snoke said but Mae wasn't having anymore. She reached out with the force and made Ren's lightsaber go to her hand. She turned it on and glared around her. The guards pointed their weapons at her, which Snoke made them stand down. "Ooh. And still that fiery spit of hope. You have the spirit of a true Jedi!" Snoke said testing her. She growled and ran towards him, which was horrible. With one little flick, she went flying to the ground. She let go of the lightsaber and it turned off. The lightsaber landed in front of Kylo, spinning. "And because of that, you must die." Snoke said making Mae kneel then turned her so she faces Kylo. Mae has a glare on her face but she knew this would come. "My worthy apprentice, son of darkness, heir apparent to Lord Vader. Where there was conflict, I now sense resolve. Where there was weakness, strength. Complete your training, and fulfill your destiny." Snoke said. Kylo looked at Mae and she looked at him. He picks up his lightsaber and stands up in front of her. "I know what I have to do." He said closing all emotions off. "Ben... Please?" She begged as tears started. "You think you can turn him? Pathetic child. I cannot be betrayed, I cannot be beaten. I see his mind, I see his every intent." Snoke said before closing his eyes. "Yes. I see him turning the lightsaber to strike true. And now, foolish child, he ignites it, and kills his true enemy!" Snoke continued but what was happening was Kylo using the force to kill Snoke. 

Snoke drops Mae which makes her groan in pain. "Third time..." She mumbled unhappy. Snoke looked towards his side to see the lightsaber. Kylo uses the force to make the lightsaber come to him but Mae grabs it from the ground. She smiled towards Kylo a bit. She gets up and looks at him for a while. He ignites his lightsaber before they started fighting the guards. Mae smiled. "This brings me back to the training days... Wanna see who defeats more?" She asked smirking. "You're on." He commented before fighting three guards while Mae took three on. That number quickly changed when more arrived. She stabbed one right besides Kylo in the chest. "One." She said as she leaded against his back and kicked one in the chest to have more room. As the fight got more intense, Kylo was taking on two while Mae took two on. "Score is two to two..." She hummed as she fought the two guards. One had a light whip which she found amazing. She finally killed the whip guard after almost being killed. She faced one more as Kylo was dealing with his. Mae got cut on the arm, she hissed out in pain before using that anger to fight. "It's three to four!" Kylo said. "How?!" She asked trying to focus. "I guess I'm better." He commented. She rolled her eyes as she killed the last guy. Mae turned to see Ren struggling. She threw her lightsaber at him and he caught it, stabbing him in the face.
