I got up from bed and got ready,throwing on jeans,a shirt and a jacket hoodie that says DOPE
I put on some white Jordans to match before I leave.
Skipping breakfast,I saw dad's car parked outside.
Unlike Vincenzo, who had a perfect relationship with his dads,I have issues with mine.
I know I've been F- ing in my science subjects but what did you expect?the perfect good looks,talented football player with a brain of Einstein??
Yeah,not happening.
I almost passed by dad's office but luck wasn't on my side today,cause he called me in.
"Damn it" I said under my breath before I entered his room.
"Hey dad" I said as he scowled at me.
"You're flanking in your school work again" he says as I fake a look of confusion then sudden realization.
I really need an Emmy award for my great acting skills.

"Look Derek,I didn't keep up my reputation as a successor in our family through partying and relaxing. I've asked the science teacher to get you a tutor" I just nodded.
"And don't mess up this time or I'll beat you up even worse than I did last time" I just nodded before I leave.
I wonder who would be my new tutor.....
