I walked out the elevator and the PA directed me to the pair of closed mahogany doors.
The door opens and I look up,my eyes meeting the familiar pair of silvery gray orbs.

My heart beats fast as I gaped at him.
He had sharp jawline and tatooes going up his neck to his jawline.

"Mr Lakewood,its a great pleasure that you're joining our meeting today. Please,have a seat" I pulled on a smile hiding my nervous stance and racing heart as the host Mr DeMarco directed me to sit right opposite from my ex boyfriend who couldn't remember after his accident a few years ago.

I felt his eyes on me the whole time as I looked at Mr DeMarco speaking about a new product and the new years ball this year.

I wasn't paying attention because all my thoughts were directed on the man sitting opposite from me.

I couldn't take it anymore so I stood up excusing myself to go to the bathroom.

I speed walked into the bathroom and slammed the door shut as I felt a panic attack about to hit me.
I turned on the water,feeling myself suffocating, I loosed my tie as my hands touched the water calming me suddenly.

The door shutting brings me out of my thoughts as I glanced into the mirror seeing those pair of silver grey orbs looking at me with a look I couldn't tell what it meant.

He walked towards me and I walked back until my back hit the wall of the men's bathroom.
My breath came out in pants as his proximity was so close where I could feel his minty breath on my face tickling my nose.

"I remember you Derek" he whispered and grabbed my face as our lips locked in an intimate kiss.

God knows how much I'd been waiting for this moment.
