~13 years from graduation~ ~3 years since the last update~

After Jin finished college, with a major in culinary arts and a minor in fashion design, he moved back to his hometown of Gwacheon. For many years he was one of the head chefs of a large company called Danbam. He loved the people there and it was wonderful, but he no longer wanted to cook. It was something he loved to do, but only in his free time. So, he put his minor to use. He started working very hard in the fashion industry. After many years, he opened his own business. It got super popular and he loved his job.

Namjoon, moved to Seoul once he finished college. He was hired almost right away. When he decided to move back to Korea his girlfriend broke up with him. He was devastated, but he wasn't going to let anything get in the way of his dream of becoming the best doctor in Korea. He made many new friends at the hospital and he ended up getting invited to someone's wedding. The only issue was that he had no formal attire. This wedding wasn't just formal though, it was going to be extravagant and elegant. So, Namjoon needed to get some clothing. He needed the best clothing. So, he did the best thing he could and looked up where to get the best clothing in Korea. Sending him on a journey to Gwacheon. A short journey, because it was only about ten minutes away.

When he walked in he was surprised at how beautiful everything was. He had never seen a place like it. There was every type of clothing. The clothes were arranged by type of clothing and color. There were no men or women sections. Since Namjoon had never been here, he didn't know how anything worked. So, he looked around for an employee. There was a cute small person that wore a nametag. It read, Rae.

"Hi, can I help you?" The person asked cheerfully.

"Yes, please," Namjoon responded. "It's my first time here and I don't know how anything works," Namjoon admitted.

"Welcome," They responded in the same jolly tone. "This store is amazing. We have anything ranging from hip-hop style to the most elegant clothing," They explained. "The owner, Kim Seokjin is super inclusive. Most of us employees are people who are of the LGBTQ+ community that have been fired in the past because of it." Namjoon.exe stopped working as soon as he heard Jin's name.

"Sorry, did you say Kim Seokjin?" Namjoon asked.

    "Yep!"

    "Broad shoulders and tall?"

"Yes?" Namjoon just stood there in shock.

    "Are you okay?" They asked.

    "I-is he here?" Namjoon stuttered.

"Umm... yeah," They confirmed. "Do you want me to get him for you?" Namjoon had to think about this carefully. He could continue on with his life, no distractions. Or, he could talk to the love of his life again. Or, he could wait and just come back later in life. He weighed these options in his head.

"Yes, could you please get him?" He stood up straighter. "Thank you so much." He was a little bit nervous, in all honesty, but he was ready to finally see the love of his life again. When Jin walked out of his office Namjoon's heart stopped. Jin looked the same yet so different. His face had not aged a bit, only matured. His once light brown hair was now black. He wore glasses and his beauty was just indescribable.

"N-Namjoon, is that you?" Jin stopped in his place, his face dripping with awe

"N-Namjoon, is that you?" Jin stopped in his place, his face dripping with awe. He wanted to run and hug him but he couldn't will his body to move. Namjoon made the first step. In seconds, they were in each other's arms.

With the help of Jin, Namjoon very quickly picked out an outfit for the wedding. They also decided to go out for coffee and talk a bit. As always, they got along perfectly. It felt so good to be together again. They almost wondered why they ever even called it quits. They caught each other up on what had been happening in their life since they last saw each other. They stay there at the coffee shop until closing time. After that, they just walk around. It felt so comfortable; it just felt right. Before they know it, it's already midnight. Jin offers to have him sleepover. He accepts the offer and they head to Jin's house. When they get there, they talk even more.

"Hey, whatever happened to Taehyung?" Namjoon asked as they sat on the couch in the living room, sipping tea at one in the morning.

"Well, we simply wanted different things in life," Jin answered. "Taehyung wanted a small home with many children and I want a large home with few children." Namjoon's heart blossomed at the thought of Jin and him having children. He knew it was way too soon to be thinking like this. They hadn't seen each other in so long, they don't know if they are still compatible. Although, it was very likely that they were. Before Namjoon knew what he was doing, he leaned in and kissed Jin.

That one little kiss would be the beginning of a brand new life.
