24) Fourth round

3rd POV

Seven girls on the Dance Battler, including Zoey. They wear a red and black jumpsuit and black demon like wings attached to their arms. They have tested if their speciel design works, and it does. 

''We are going up first, right?'' Ask a second year and did the last check on her hair. Zoey nodded and look at the online web that has been made to see who people are gonna hope would win. Right now are they at first place, with Stella's team in second, and that is what Zoey want to stay. With the audience at their side is there a higher chance for them to win, but she does count the change that the people who doesn't commend on the site, would probably vote for the other teams, so Zoey know she can't fully trust the website.  

''Babyls. Get ready please.'' Called a staff member from the door. The girls nodded and went together out and to right side of the scene, ready to get in. The crowd clapped when it all startet again and Kuromu came running out from the left side.

''Hi, Mina. Let the fourth round begin so we can see who will be this years winner. This round theme is girls traditionel dance. Which means that the dancers has to dance one of our many traditionel dances, and the first to get up is Babyls Demon School, who will perform to the owner of this arena and the Lord of Entertainment. Eldrich-sama.'' Introduced Kuromu and leave the scene and the crowd clapped.

After they finished, do they leave the scene and back to their room. Zoey went to change quickly in case they are continuing to the next round, which is the leaders round. A round where the leader of the dancing groups do a solo dance of their own choice, and Zoey has chosen the same dance style as the entrance ceremony. Arial Silk Dance.

''What a wonderful and inspired dance for our dearest Eldrich-sama.'' Says Kuromu on the scene, with her hand on her chest. ''And those wings with LED lights on, is making me wanna ask for their designers.'' The girls in the room cheered that Kuromu, the Dem-Dol, loved their outfit, which probably got them some more votes.

''Don't cheer now. The round isn't over.'' Warned Zoey and step out of the dresser, wearing a kimono over her jumpsuit. She take a seat on the make-up table to do her hair. 

''But if Kuromu-chan loved your outfit, then her fans will vote for us.'' Says Geomon and is so ready for the finals.

''Maybe, but there is millions of demons who doesn't just vote for a group because they have a cute outfit that a Dem-Dol loves. There are demons who would vote for the group for their dance, so that is why we danced my fathers dance. A dance my mother made just for him. If there are loyal demons, which I know there are, that still follow my fathers believe, then with this dance, we defiantly have their votes.'' Encourage Zoey as the show continue. Kuromu present the next dance after the next, and some look really promising to continue to the next round, but they could be wrong. Most of them danced the dances that is for the previous demon king, but that didn't scare Babyls Dance Battler.

''Last, but not least. PDS team A. Presenting the traditionel dance for the netherworld.'' The crowd clapped as the dancers gets ready.

''Oh, that was smooth.'' Mumble Roxy and look away from the screen. Zoey can feel that they all are getting nervous.

''I understand you are getting nervous, but we can't do more than wait for the result.'' Says Zoey calm and finish setting her hair up in a high bun. The only reason Zoey is calm, is because she is the leader and if she is calm, is everyone calm. ''I gonna go and get some air.'' Zoey cover herself with her rope before going out the room and into the hall. She takes a walk and look for some quite place. The closes she could get was near the emergency exit. Only a few came pass her. She take a look at her ribbons and hesitate to take them off. The judges know about her ribbons, and if she gonna use them, would that probably give her problems with the next round. 

''Having trouble?'' Zoey flinched and look behind her to see Opera.

''Dad.'' Greeted Zoey and give him a quick hug. ''How did you found me?''

''I just know how to find you.'' Says Opera simple and notice she is having problem. ''What is on you mind.'' Zoey looked away for a second, before answering him.

''It is these ribbons. The judges knows about their funktion, and if I do a silk dance, would I lose points because they will protect me. Even ruining the dance if needed.'' Explain Zoey and gets really nervous.

''Well, Arial Silk Dance is very dangerous. Are you really thinking of taking them off?'' Ask Opera who defiantly don't like the idea.

''I know, but... I have practiced the same dance over and over. I can do it without the ribbons safety, and the judges may be amazed that I can do a dangerous dance without fail and without my protection. It would be a sure winner.'' Explain Zoey and rant out fast about her inner thoughts. Opera listen to her, until she stopped to take a breath. Opera took the change and hug her to calm her down. 

''I would say, keep the ribbons on for your own safety. But if you feel confident, then take them off.'' Zoey smiled and lean on Opera. After a minute of silent, can she hear the cheers from the crowd.

''I gotta go.'' Says Zoey and step forward to where she came from, but had a quick stop. ''I do love, that you always know when I need you. See ya dad. Wish me luck.'' After running all the way back to the waiting room, is the other watching the monitor screen, waiting for the result of the judges and the audience.

''Alright. The votes has been counted and lets see which groups will go on to the fifth round. Only four will continue.'' Says Kuromu as the big screen shows six cards, then remove two of them. At the same time, do they flip and show who continued. 

''Yes.'' Cheered Babyls Dance Battler. Zoey sighed and try get some motivation. She look at her ribbons and remember what her stepdad said to her, and has finally decided what to do.
