Riarkle One Shots- Girl Meets World

Girl Meets World is (in my opinion) the best Disney Channel show. Unfortunately, it had been cancelled at its third season, but I still completely recommend watching it if you haven't already. So, if you have not seen the series, let me try to give you what's important for reading my book of one shots!

(If you already are familiar with the show, please move to the next chapter! This is a recap and casting of the main characters.)

Riley Matthews is a sweet girl with a loving family, and she sees the best in everyone and everything. She's innocent, she never gets into trouble, and she 'has everything,' or so people think. Her best friend is Maya, who hasn't never left her side from the moment they'd met back in first grade.

Farkle Minkus is an intelligent boy, and he takes pride in his smarts. He is known to be an 'evil' genius, and he always supports his two absolute best friends: Maya and Riley. He claims to have crushed on both of the girls since the start of elementary school. He is the heir to Minkus Industries, his father's company, so he is quite wealthy. With his lavish life comes a price: his parents are never home.

Maya Hart is a rebel; she brings out the worst and the best out of her angel of a best friend, Riley. Her biological father left her as a young girl, and her mother barely spoke with her until she met another man that is now Maya's father-figure. Before this, Maya was accustomed to be around Riley's family all the time, so much so that she is considered family to them. 

Lucas Friar is a pretty boy from Texas, and he pretty much is the typical blonde jock and perfectionist. He, like Riley, doesn't get in trouble, he is good at sports, and he does well academically. However, before his new start meeting his new friends, Riley, Maya, and Farkle, he had a past. 

So, now you know the basics of the characters, let me explain the events that they participated in:

There was a 'love triangle,' involving Lucas, Maya, and Riley. Riley had first caught feelings for the boy, and he was her first crush in middle school. Maya, however, began to like the boy even after she endlessly teased him and knew that Riley liked him. This causes drama in the group, blablabla, and at the end of the show, Lucas chooses Riley. (Unfortunately, so here in this book, we're changing that)

Now that you understand this, here are some other situations and people to get to know in order to proceed:

- Maya catches feelings for Riley's young uncle, Josh, who is only three years older than the girls. He claims he's too old for Maya, despite her obvious obsession with him. At the end of the season, Josh and her hint that they'll be 'in it for the long game,' meaning they'd wait for one another as time passes. So if they're both lonely in the future, they can fall back on each other.

- Farkle ends up dating another 'evil genius', his arch nemesis since forever, Isadora Smackle. She always liked him, and she waited until he saw her the way she saw him. However, Farkle stated firmly that he believes science: alike forces repel, and opposites attract. This being said, I believe he and Smackle will not last. (And neither will Riley and Lucas)

- Zay is Lucas' best friend, who also is from Texas. He became a part of the group, and you just need to know this character so that you're not confused when he shows up.
