Living a New Life with Sam Pottorff

Chapter 1

Sam's POV

I slam the front door. I take off my shoes and go to the kitchen to get some food.
That was one of the hardest things I just did.
So, me and Acacia Brinley were a thing. She was cheating on me so I had to break up with her. I really loved her but she was sending nudes to Kian, who is my best friend.

I have to move out. I think my Mom wouldn't mind me living with her in Florida....
I call my mom and see when I can come over.

"Hey Sammy! What's wrong?" My mom says.
"Hey, ummmmm yeah I broke up with Acacia and there's tension in the O2L house so I was wondering if I could," I say but my mom cuts me off and says
"Of course! The next flight is in 5 hours... Can you pack stuff and fly out here?"
"Yes I can. Thanks Mom!"
"No problem, I just want to make sure your safe and happy."
My Mom is so sweet.
"Love ya, see you soon!" I say.
"Bye love you too and we're excited for you to come home. Text me what time you come in and Levi and I can come and pick you up!"
"Thanks mom, bye"
"Bye"

So I start to pack all of my clothing. I think if I get my clothing then if there is extra JC, or Conner or Ricky can just send it via mail.
Just so you all know me and Kian are still friends, but a girl is coming between us and that might effect our relationship. He's been my friend since I could remember, but he's just being a dick, that's all.

I pack all of my shirts, tank tops, shorts, some pants, my snapbacks, all of my underwear, socks, my favorite pairs of shoes, my penny board, and I grab my pillow. I drive to the airport at 11:00 am. My flight leaves at 12:30. I get there are rush through check in. We board pretty quickly and I get on the plane. The plane is suppose to be there at 7:00 pm so I text my mom before I get on the plane saying when we should arrive.

I get off the plane and I see Levi my little brother! He runs up to me a gives me a huge hug. A few feet away I see my mom standing there. She is probably thinking we are the two weirdest kids on the planet. Levi and I hold hands as we walk to get my 2 suitcases.
The drive didn't take too long for us to get home. When we got to the house, my mom gave me a huge tour of the house. My bedroom is in the attic. It's a pretty big space and it has a nice feel.

I mostly unpack and then I go to sleep.

I wake up and go down the stairs. I officially have one month until school. I have to get enrolled In a public high school and make new friends. So basically I'm going to be that new kid everybody hates.....great.......

I decide to make 15 pancakes for everybody to share. I'm up at 7:30 and Levi and my mom are dead asleep. I start on the pancakes and just like that both Levi and my mom come down the stairs.

"Leave some for me!" I say to both my mom and Levi.
"Of course Sam!" My mom replies.
"No, I'm gonna eat'em all muahahahahahaha!!!" Says Levi.
We all laugh and I finish making the 15 pancakes.
We all finish eating breakfast and get dressed. I put in my OBEY tank top, black shorts, my OBEY snapback, and my Marron Vans.

My mom has to go to work and she leaves me with Levi. Levi normally goes to this park daycare. My mom said that he didn't have to go because I was here to hang out with him. Levi requested to go to the park two blocks away from our house. Of course, I agreed and I grab the key to the house.

We walked to the park and he ran off to play. I decided it would be best if I sit down on one of the park benches. I can't believe I'm 16 years old and I'm sitting on a park bench like I'm 12.
Soon a pretty girl comes and sits next to me on the bench.
"Hi, is this seat taken?" She asks.
"Hi, no it's not. You can sit there if you want." I say like an idiot.
"Thanks, by the wag my name is Zoe. What's your name?" She says.
"My names Sam" I say.
Nice to meet you Sam. Are you new here? I haven't seen you around" Zoe says.
"Yeah, I just moved here from California. My little brother is Levi, but he's been living here forever" I say.
"Your Levi's brother? Levi Pottorff???" Zoe says.
Yeah he's my favourite, why?" I say.
"Well I teach at his daycare. He talks about his big brother Sam all the time! He's adorable" she says.
"That's funny. He didn't want to go to daycare today but he wanted to come to the park" I say.
"He probably wanted to see his friends. He's pretty popular" Zoe says.
"Oh the little prankster"I say.
"Oh my goodness do I have stories about the pranks he's tried to pull, hahahahaha"Zoe says.
"Do you want to meet up another time? Coffee or a movie night?" I ask hoping she will say yes.
"Sure! Do you want my phone Number?" Zoe asks.
"Sure" I say.
*exchange of phone numbers*
"Bye! I'll text ya" I say.
"Bye! Nice meeting you. See you soon!" Zoe says.

Zoe and Sam. Sam and Zoe. I came up with the perfect ship name for us!!! "Zam"
Sam don't get too carried away with this. You just met her..... Oh Zoe.........
