Chapter 13

Robert's POV

     We were sitting on the couch talking about the baby.

Robert: I know what you want to do Andy, but the thought of losing you or the baby is so painful it kills.

Andy: You are not going to lose either one of us.

Robert: Andy you don't know that.

Andy: You're right, but I know that we are going to come fighting back to you every time.

Robert: You promise?

Andy: Absolutely.

     I straddled his lap and kissed him passionately.

Andy: I missed the taste of your lips.

Robert: I missed yours.

     We continued to make out on the couch for a while before we decided to go on a run.

Andy: Here is your water.

Robert: Thanks. You are sure this is safe for the baby.

Andy: I talked to Carina and she said that a light run every now and then would not hurt the baby.

Robert: Okay, but do not push yourself.

Andy: I will warn you if I feel anything weird.

     She was wearing some high-waisted leggings and a tank top that showed off her little baby bump. We still haven't made a decision on the what to do, but what ever we decide it will be the right choice. We ran to the park a little bit from our house and took a break before running back.

Robert: How are you feeling?

Andy: I'm fine. Can you make tacos for dinner?

Robert: I will get right on it my lady.

Andy: Thank you my sir.

Andy's POV

     I made my way to our bathroom and took a shower. When I was out I grabbed some clothes from the closet slipped them on and went out to help with dinner. I grabbed the pineapple out of the fridge and began to cut. Robert kept coming behind me and stealing pieces.

Andy: If you don't stop eating them now we will not have any for dinner.

Robert: Are you done?

Andy: Yep. 

     We made our tacos and then ate outside on the porch.

Robert: We should take a dip in the hot tub.

Andy: Okay, but we have to do the dishes first.

Robert: Deal.

     We did the dishes together and then cleaned the kitchen.

Andy: Okay I am going to go change.

Robert: I will come with you.

Andy: Nope, because you have a call with the rest of the Chiefs.

Robert: I can blow it off to spend time with my beautiful wife.

Andy: I will see you after the call.

     I walked to our closet and went to my bathing suit drawer. I was looking through it looking for a bikini to wear. I picked out a black one that had a low cut in the front. I grabbed some shorts from my other drawer and threw them on. Next I grabbed some towels and set out his pair of black swim trunks. I was grabbing some ice cream from the freezer and putting it into dishes I felt his bare chest up against my back and a shiver run down my spine.

Andy: Will you grab the towels and bring them out?

     He whispered right into my ear and said, "Sure."

     I walked outside and sat at the table to eat my ice cream. When we were finished he took our dishes inside and put them in the dishwasher, before coming back outside. He came from behind me and pushed my high waisted shorts down a little so he could put his hands on both sides of my bump. I leaned down and took off my shorts before I grabbed his hand and led him to the hot tub. I tied my hair in a messy bun as Robert got in. I sat on his lap facing him and kissed him.

Robert: You know you look amazing in that suit.

Andy: So do you.

     He placed his hands on my upper back and pulled me a little closer. The only light was coming  from the lights outside our house. His hands slowly made their way down to my hips and his face came closer to mine. Our lips connected and a spark was sent through my whole body. I deepened the kiss wanting more. We got out of the hot tub and made our way to bed. I got up the next morning and put on some clothes and started my makeup when Robert got up.

Andy: You should take a shower before my appointment with Carina.

Robert: Okay.

     I finished getting ready and grabbed some breakfast before we headed out the door. We got to the hospital and checked in before getting called back.
