Morning came earlier then Lethia expected as did the soft rapping of someone knocking on her door. Groaning her displeasure, habit allowed her to ignore it, snuggling more into Lorelai instead."Come in," Lorelai called softly so as not to wake Lethia up, but loud enough to be heard. She had not slept all night.

Darius opened the door, a look of confusion furrowed his brow. "Where is..." his voice trailed off as he saw the smaller girl curled into her sister. "I'm sorry to have disturbed you... I'll just go."to

"Your fine, unless you were just here for Lethia," she said a teasing tone to her voice as she already knew the answer.

Darius ran his fingers through his hair a small smile playing on his lips. "I don't want to bother her."

"I would imagine you wouldn't," Lorelai said a smirk playing across her lips. She was still stroking Lethia's hair soothingly.

"I fear I would make her even more unhappy by waking her so I will just return later." Darius bowed to Lorelai before turning and leaving the room, shutting the door quietly behind him.
Lorelai felt a bit annoyed at Darius but ignored it... she wasn't expecting Roman anytime soon after what happened the night before. She just wanted to leave. Lethia finally found the resolve to actually wake and move as a cart for lunch was brought into the room. Roman and Darius following it in. Lorelai stood her eyes lit up at seeing Roman.

"Good Morning...or is it afternoon?" Lethia asked groggily.

"Good afternoon My Lo.....Lady." Roman smiled, his eyes shining brightly as they landed on Lorelai.

"Good Afternoon Barron Roman," Lorelai said with a curtsey, "but...I am afraid we are rather underdressed for guests... if you both would step into the other room so we could put on something more suitable?"

"Of course." Darius interjected before Roman could reply. Ushering him into the other room however was easier said then done.

Once the handmaidens had left, Lethia could not help but to laugh. "Well My Love.....I mean. Lady shall we?"

"We shall, my lady," Lorelai said with a slightly exaggerated curtsey before grabbing a dress she had brought in after Lethia went to sleep, just in case. She stripped and pulled on her dress, a black simple one that fit comfortably on her.Lethia smiled as she climbed to her feet out ot the overly soft chair. Her closet was now brimming with clothes thanks to Darius. A soft green sundress caught her eye. Grabbing it the girl wasted no time in changing and brushing out her hair, opting to leave it down for once.

Lorelai walked over to the adjacent door and knocked gently. " You can come back now," she said softly through the door. Roman was the first through the door, always anxious to return to Lorelai. Darius followed at a much slower pace, as he watched Lethia. His movements not unlike one who works in a menagerie around dangerous animals. Lorelai grinned and embrace Roman.

"Are we able to leave this place now?" She said as Roman wrapped his arms around her and she looked at Darius questioningly.

"Tonight M'Lady." Roman responded with a wide smile. "Her majesty is procuring us a more.....suitable vessel for our trip."

Lethia curtsied to Darius as he approached, still unsure on how to handle the prince's presence. Things seem much more strained then they had been on the ship and Darius wasn't sure on how to fix things.

"Well, if we are to leave, I'd like to enjoy my soft bed for a little while longer. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask," she said directing her gaze to Lethia.

" I'll go keep guard of her," Roman said as he bowed to Lethia while walking backwards and quietly shutting the door.

Darius rubbed the back of his neck as he searched for the words to ease the tension filling the room.
