"Oh my god!"

"He is really going all out."

"He's relentless."

"Mr. Aizawa, how are you allowing this?"

"They both agreed that it would last until one of them surrenders."

"But knowing Bakugou and Midoriya, this will continue till there isn't an inch of them uninjured."

Class 3A was currently watching Katsuki Bakugou and Izuku Midoriya, two of UA's biggest rivals, battle it out in the field behind the school. Well, it wasn't much of a field anymore, considering the numerous holes that cratered the area. The students of class 3A were not sure if it was due to his lack of sleep or some alternate motive that made Aizawa agree to the terms the two boys presented to him, but they all shared one unspoken agreement; this was a mistake. The fight had only been going for a span of five minutes but to them, it had been years, figuratively and quite literally.

The former friends turned enemies had been at each other's necks since they first joined UA. Many had hoped that the rivalry would dwindle out as time went on or that it would at least push the two into becoming better heroes. But as time continued, and with no foreseeable end to the rivalry insight, it became increasingly obvious that this was not the case.

"Damn it, Deku! Stay still so I can blast your ass into space!!!" Bakugou roared at the greenette from across the "field".

"Well, maybe if you quit hopping around like a bunny on steroids, you'd actually land a hit on me, Kacchan." Midoriya shot back.

If anything had come out of their feuding, it was Midoriya's newfound sass towards his former friend. The students on the sidelines snickered at his comparison while Bakugou's face grew red... well, redder than it already was... before he blasted forward, intending to land an explosion right in Midoriya's face. Midoriya dodged this with ease, moving to take refuge behind a mound of dirt that had formed through the course of their fight.

"Look at your body, nerd!" Bakugou chuckled, slowly making his way towards Midoriya's position, "You think those burns got there by themselves?"

Midoriya glanced down at his body and, sure enough, bright red burns he did not remember receiving littered his arms and chest where his suit had been burned off. But, even though he couldn't see him, Midoriya knew Bakugou's skin wasn't left unharmed by his own attacks.

It was the truth, for even as Bakugou spoke, he took the opportunity to take a look at his own body and saw large purple bruises forming on his arms where he had blocked Midoriya's kick. He didn't even have to look to know the same thing was happening in a few places on his stomach and back.

Bakugou growled before continuing his path toward where he knew Midoriya was hiding, keeping his steps light as he walked through the torn-up space.

"Do you really think that a pathetic pile of dirt is going to protect you from me? Damn, Deku. You really are stupid as FU-" Bakugou was cut off as Midoriya lept out from behind the dirt mound, spun around, and kicked it, sending dirt flying into his face. Bakugou cursed as he threw up his arms to protect his face from the barrage of attacks Midoriya threw at him.

After much training, Midoriya was now able to control seventy-five percent of his power but was only using fifty at the moment. Bakugou may be a huge thorn in his side, but Midoriya never intended to hurt him... too bad.

From the sidelines, it seemed that Midoriya was about to pull out a win for the first time and many of the students grew excited. Until Midoriya got one step out of line, literally. He shrieked as Bakugou suddenly took hold of his ankle, yanking his leg out from under him, and sent him hurtling through the air over his shoulder.
