There's Louis looking at Harry again. 3 seconds. That's how long Louis lasted. How adorable!!!! Then, he looks away again, but 3 more seconds later:

After it cuts, Louis is constantly staring at Harry. For a few seconds, they meet each others' gazes, but Harry looks away. However, Louis keeps staring for a couple more seconds. All the way up to 20 seconds in the video. That's when Louis finally looks away.
After that comes one of the cutest parts of the video. "I think he's got a temperature now." Louis says that while putting his hand on Harry's forehead. Here:
