The next day was better, but I felt bad for snapping at Ashton, but only a little bit, the rest of me was filled with anger.

"Dammit." I muttered to myself, not knowing why. I was sitting in my room, pouring over some books. It was just a typical Sunday for me filled with boredom and wanting to go back to bed.

Suddenly my phone rang, so I did the appropriate thing, even though I couldn't tell who was calling; I picked it up.

"Hello." I said to whoever was on the other end of the line, glad to have someone to talk to.

"H-hi." Said a female voice. "Razim? Is this you?"

I raised an eyebrow, wondering who this was, girls hardly ever talked to me, let alone called me. "Er, yeah." I said to the girl.

"It's...It's Audrey." She said.

"Oh." I responded. "Oh, what's up."

"The sky." Audrey said. I snickered at her joke. "No but seriously." She said. "Um, I was wondering if you would want to come to church...today."

Okay, Church was nothing new for me, well, hers probably was, but it would probably be just like mine.

"Ah, sure." I told her.

"Great. So, ten?" She asked.

"Definitely." I responded, smiling. "See you later."

"Yeah." She said, then she hung up.

I quickly got my coat and shoes on, and stepped outside. Soon a car, driven by an older boy, pulled into the driveway. "C'mon, kid." He called. I ran to the car and climbed into the backseat. Audrey was in the passenger seat.

"You wanna introduce me to your friend, Audrey." The boy said.

"Erm, sure." She said. "Elliot, this is Razim. Razim, this is Elliot, my older brother."

"Nice to meet you." I said to him.

"Ditto." Came Elliot's reply.

Within a few minutes, we arrived at Audrey's church. I stepped out of the car to be lead by Audrey inside. It was a Christian Mass, from what I could tell. They played songs, which Audrey sang along to, as though she had been doing it her whole life, which she probably had. I pretended to sing, but in reality, I didn't know a word of any of these songs. After an hour, the Mass ended.

"Thanks for coming, Razz." Audrey said as we walked back into the car.

"No problem." I told her, climbing into the backseat.

Elliot was kind enough to drive me back home. "Thanks for inviting me." I said to them.

"See you tommorrow." Audrey said.

"Yeah, bye."

And with that, filled with happiness, I walked back into the house.
