Where did this chapter come from?... Enjoy!
(I only own Demi and her storyline! I don't own any gifs or pictures I put into this fanfiction!)

As Tess and I arrived at the abandoned library, which happens to be near the ocean, Day is already situated on the balcony with the warrior girl from the Skiz fight also there, but she's sitting down near the crumbling wall that divides the balcony and the inside of the library.
The balcony- no, the library in general, is very run down, and the walls leading to the balcony- basically all of the walls, or many- are completely open, allowing breezes of the ocean air to flow through.
There's bricks found on the still existing, parts of the floor from the crumbling walls, and dust is everywhere. There's some grass and wild flowers like daises here and there too, perfect for us criminals to scheme for our plan in world domination.
I'm joking. Sort of...
It took a couple of minutes for Tess and I to reach this library. It would've taken a less amount of time if I hadn't allowed Tess to beg me into watching the sunset with her. I'm not going to lie, it was pretty calming.
Looking at the girl, her sleeves of her now ripped long-sleeved shirt is rolled up, revealing her petite arms, but are lined with muscles, that are stained by dirt. Her side has a huge gash, which must be from the knife, and is bleeding. She's holding her side, too.
Tess immediately runs from behind the wall we were at and toward the bleeding girl, alarming them of our presence.
The girl looks up at Tess, confused and tenses up. Only then she realizes that Tess was the girl she 'saved,' and relaxes a bit, but not completely. She hasn't noticed me yet, or at least I think she hasn't.
I walk toward the three of them. I reach up toward Day's hat, and take it off, leaving my hair to cascade down onto my shoulders. Shaking my head to get the hair out from my face, I stretch my hand that's holding the hat toward Day. He's perched on what's left of the railing stationed on the balcony, looking out.
Now right next to him, I nudge the hat on his arm, gaining his attention.
"Here. Thanks for letting me barrow it," I thank him, letting a smile come across my face.
He takes the hat from my hand, "Wow, my fabulous partner is thanking me? That rarely happens. I'm honored." He whispers, smirking at me. I roll my eyes playfully at him.
"Partner?" I question back whispering.
He subtly motions his head to the girl being treated by Tess, who is bombarding her with questions. She seems to be listening to Tess, but every now and then, she glances at us.
I sigh and nod my head, indicating my understanding to his reasons on not saying my name.
"You know, not saying my name is smart Day," I start to which he raises his eyebrow while looking back to watching the horizon. "But, you probably just told her that I'm your 'partner in crime,' and the government hasn't confirmed it yet." I whisper quiet enough for only him to hear. I cross my arms and lean against the railing Day's perched on.
He stays quiet and nods his head. I playfully nudge him again and chuckle.
We continue to converse using the art of whispering.
"Do you know who she is? Her name?" I ask.
"No, she won't tell me, and I don't mind. I didn't tell her mine either." He responds.
