Eric and I were sitting on the couch watching TV by ourselves tonight. Ambrosia's dad is finally home from one of his "trips". She called him "Secret Agent Man" because everything he did was classified. There was no question that he knocked a few people off.
Now don't get me wrong, I love spending man time with Eric and our home was way cleaner when Ambrosia wasn't leaving random shit around, but damn I missed that. I loved the feeling of both of them in the house. I was this close to asking her to move in with us, but that might be a little too soon. Eric and I have been planning on moving together for years before we met her. Now though it just didn't feel right without her.
When we went to that club the other night it seemed like everything had finally clicked into place. The three of us were finally open and honest with each other. No secret feelings or anything. I didn't know if I was excited by the fact that Eric could surprise me after all these years or if I was pissed that he kept a lot of critical information from me. His lifestyle wasn't something I ever thought I would be into. I was a more vanilla kinda guy. Don't get me wrong I know how to please a woman, just ask Ambrosia, but the things that I saw at that club were way beyond my imagination.
"Here."
Eric handed me an opened bottle of beer. We clinked them together then took a swig of the cold beverage. The other thing I missed was Ambrosia's cooking. We've ate all the meals she prepped for us in like three days. So now it was all takeout all the time. How much pizza and Chinese can two men eat? A lot, that's how much.
"Should we call her?"
"I've been itchin' to, but it's only like seven. She hasn't seen him in months so we should give them some time."
"Shit. You know we're gonna have to meet him soon, right?" The thought alone made me cringe.
"Of course. But I don't think either of her parents know about us yet. I'm sure her mother is suspicious with the way we coddled her that night in her bed."
"You think she'll tell them about both of us?"
"Yep. It's probably the first thing she said when he came in the door." He laughed.
"We are damn grateful to have a woman who accepts the both of us so proudly."
"Fuck yeah we are."
I knew I was very hesitant at first and Eric was too, but through it all she has been the one to bring us three together. She was definitely the glue to this triad. And we hadn't had much time together in over a week. I don't like that. It's weird how inseparable the three of us became in such a short time.
"Samson is putting on a scene in a couple of days. You wanna go?"
I didn't know what to think of his boss. He was a little off and I didn't like the way he looked at Ambrosia. I could see why she kept herself invisible all these years. Once you get a good look at the real her she was impossible to resist. But I could tell he wanted her. Another thing I didn't like. Other than that I didn't care about him, but I did want to see some of the things he taught Eric.
