Please be aware of the following information before you request a service. Negotiating terms for your request will not be done in comments.
1. Results/Feedback will be shown in public, including in this book and YouTube videos. However, this is no guarantee that they will be. Details such as real names (given in addition to usernames), emails, age, and other personal details will not be disclosed. Exceptions can be made.
2. Editing to your actual story will not be done. Because I have yet to take specialized and deeper college English courses that deal with copy and line editing, I will not be doing that. That includes spelling, grammar, and punctuation, though I may make some suggestions. No changes will be made, only suggestions provided.
3. I do not take all genres. A wide variety of stories will be accepted, though I cannot guarantee all genres will be judged in depth, for lack of knowledge on some topics. Stories rated mature may be declined. Stories with a great deal of detailed sexual scenes and content will not be accepted. Most violence in all genres will be accepted, unless sexual violence and torture is promoted as something positive or necessary. Please refer to extensive list of genres.
4. If your story is rated mature or contains mature scenes, I reserve the right to turn it down without further inquiry. If the genre is also mature in nature, meaning the story is erotic or similar, I will refuse it. Please read what genres I take for more details. If it only contains some mature scenes, I may still accept it. If a mature scene is the stem of the entire plot, I may still accept it.
5. Only one request can be open at a time per user. The first of multiple attempts will be accepted. Extra requests will not be saved, so you must resubmit any you'd like critiqued during the next available week. See the schedule under Critique Form for more details to this time.
6. No rudeness or bashing of stories or authors will be tolerated. Fowl users will be dealt with swiftly. Please refrain from saying damaging things about the stories posted here. Thank you.
