Cats POV-
"I hate you!"
"Feeling's mutual!"
"You idiot! Why did you hit me?!"
"Same reason why you hit me!"
"I don't think you're supposed to hit a girl. Especially if they're you're girlfriend!"
"Ask me if I care."
"You're so fucking annoying!" I yelled as I threw the game controller down. I was fuming. If I were a cartoon character there would be steam coming out of my ears and my face would be hot red.
"Aw, is the little kitten mad?" Calum pouted.
"I'm not a fucking kitten. I'm a grown ass Cat." I grumbled as I crossed my arms.
"You're such a sore loser." Calum chuckled and turned his around to the t.v at the currently paused game.
"Oh really?" I said silently. I, Catherine Daffeny Jenson, will not lose to Calum Thomas Hood like this. I will not give up without a fight.
I dropped the pile of books from my counter onto the floor. I then fell quickly to the ground and grabbed my ankle.
"Damnit!" I yelled in 'pain'.
"Cat?" Calum said questionably. He slowly turned around but quickly hopped up when he saw me on the floor.
"What the fuck did you do?" A worried expression spread across his face. I fought the urge to smile at him because I know he cares about me.
"I tripped over the chair and fell." I said as I clutched my ankle for dear life just to make it seem like I'm in pain. "It really fucking hurts Cal."
Calum quickly picked me up and placed me on the couch. He kissed my forehead and went into the kitchen. I took this as my chance to sit up straight and finally beat Calum in the game.
"Hey!" Calum yelled as he ran over to me.
"Hi." I smiled sweetly at him.
"You tricked me." He pouted. I got up to kiss his pouty lips then sat back down.
"You called me a sore loser. I'm not. I just don't want to lose to any game, with the exception of FIFA, to you."
"I was so close, Catherine." He grunted and plopped down on the couch. He crossed his arms and gave me a dirty look. He continued to do so for five minutes.
"Cal-""Don't talk to me. I'm mad at you." He grunted. I tried to say something but he put a hand in my face. He didn't talk to me for a whole five minutes and that was enough to bother me. I sighed and crawled to the other end of the couch where he was located and sat on his lap.
"I'm sorry, Cal. Is there anything that you would like me to do?" I rolled my eyes.
"Well..." He dragged on. I already knew what he was going to say.
"Oh no." I groaned.
"Will you please, please, please, watch how the grinch stole Christmas with me? Please?"
"Oh my god, Calum." I groaned again and got off his lap. "No!"
"You always say no! Why don't you want to watch it with me?" He pouted.
"He's creepy and looks like me when I wake up in the morning."
"He's not creepy! And you do not look like a green creature in the morning."
"He is! And the way he talks is the weirdest thing in the world." I rolled my eyes.
"But Cat-"
"And he scares the living hell out of me! I'm surprised it's not a horror movie!"
"Baby, please?" He pouted and gave me those stupid puppy eyes. I sighed.
"Is it what you really want?" I crossed my arms. He smiled and nodded.
"Will you stop being mad at me?" I asked. He nodded again.
"Fine."

By the end of the movie Calum was in tears. Happy tears of course. Who knew How the Grinch Stole Christmas would get to Calum like that.
"Did you like it?" Calum sniffed.
"Yea it was cute." I chuckled. Calum sighed and cuddled into my side.
We were silent. We watched the credits roll as well as the Christmas music played as well. It was moments like this where I really appreciated the time Calum and I would spend together. Just the two of us. I knew Calum would be leaving again soon and I wouldn't be able to see him for awhile. Him and the guys did have busy schedules after all. I think I would miss him even more than I did when we weren't together. But it won't be as bad. Because I know he'll come back this time. I know.
I changed the channel to the regular t.v. I settled on watching something on ABC family. I think it was Baby Daddy.
Calum would occasionally kiss my neck or my cheek a few times. He would whisper sweet nothings in my ear that would make me giggle.
Calum checked his phone and sighed.
"Baby," Calum poked my cheek. "Baby." He said again and poked my cheek. Again.
"What Cal?"
"Me and Ally have a surprise for you." He smiled.
"What is it?" I smiled.
"It won't be much of a surprise if I told you," he chuckled. "Just go get dressed in something nice."
I sighed and got up. But Calum pulled me back down.
"Wha-" I tried to say but he cut me off by pressing a kiss to my lips. I felt my cheeks heat up into a little blush.
"Okay, now you can go." He chuckled. I rolled my eyes and scurried off trying to hold my blush that crept up to my face.
Whatever this surprise is, it must be something special because I have to dress nice.
But as long as I'm spending it with Calum, I'll be perfectly fine.
