The week was over, and Saturday morning came around. Ariana and her father headed to Pop's to catch up, something they've been planning to do. They had planned to meet Archie there as well, seeing that he spent the night somewhere else. Ariana had been in Riverdale for a week now, and seen her father for maybe 24 hours. She understood he was busy, but she wanted to see him, to talk to him about small things, or get advice from him about Cheryl. Today was finally the day that she had been waiting for, the chance to talk to him.
***
They sat in a booth, Ariana across from her father as the two waited for her brother to come. He had spent the night somewhere, Ariana's bet was at Veronica's. Their was small talk happening between the two, the majority of it being Ariana telling her father about her week at school. He listened intently, giving her advice occasionally, but otherwise just letting her rant. Ariana was glad to be talking to her father, just one on one. It was something that she hasn't done in such a long time, and she missed it. After they were sitting for about 10 minutes, Archie came in, with a smile on his face. Yep. Veronica's. Ariana thought. She headed up to the counter over to Pop to order, while Archie headed to the bathroom to freshen up.
"Well, if it isn't Ariana Andrews. I thought I saw you in here a few days ago." She smiled at Pop, seeing that he hadn't changed, in neither his apperence nor his personality. "Last time I saw you you could barely reach the counter." Ariana's face blushed a little.
"Not much has changed about that Pop. I was, and will ever be, short." The two laughed before Ariana placed her order. She was just about to hand Pop her dad's credit card when a man in a black hood grabbed her from behind. She gasped as she felt cold metal press against her head.
"Who's in charge here?" The man yelled. His voice was deep, yet it sounded fake, and vaguely familiar to Ariana. She struggled and tried to kick him, but it only caused him to hold her tighter and press the gun against her harder. She closed her eyes, trying to block out everything. That's when she heard the gunshot. She opened her eyes, still being held by the man. Archie was on his knees, eyes closed, her dad next to him, bleeding. She felt a tear slip down her face.
"Please." She whimpered. The man dropped her before walking over to her dad. "No!" She yelled. It was too late before she realized her mistake. One second she was fine, the next second she felt herself hit the floor as pain flared through her stomach, and the world went black.

Three second graders all sat in a room, in a circle, books lying all around them. There were 2 girls, one with a slightly curled blonde ponytail, and one with wavy red hair that was pulled half up, half down. There was also a boy, with similar red hair sitting with them.
"Come on Archie. You can't do it if you don't try." The blonde said to the boy. Archie grunted in frustration.
"I am trying Betty. Maybe the teacher's right."
"No! Don't think that way!" The red head girl said. "You almost got it." She passed him a book that was sitting next to her. He took it and opened it to the 1st page.
"The rain fell, and the wind blew..."

"Three, two, one. Ready or not, here I come!" A redheaded 4th grade girl turned around from the tree she was facing. She started running around the large yard, befor running into the house. She looked under a kitchen cabinet where a red headed boy was hiding.
"I found you Archie." She giggled. He sighed dramatically, before getting out of his hiding spot. The girl continued into the living room, checking every hiding spot she could think of, before moving into the bathroom. She opened the small closet that was inside of it, seeing a raven haired boy inside.
"Found you Juggy." She looked at her.
"No you didn't." She poked the boy in the side, causing him to laugh. "Okay okay."
"Do you know where Betty is?" He shrugged, earning a glare from the girl.
"No fair. I found you, now you gotta help me." The boy shook his head beofre running out of the room. "Jughead!" She screamed. Sighing angrily, she walked out of the room, amd up the stairs. She continuted to check rooma before coming to her own. She looked around before checking underneath the bed.
"Betty!" The blonde girl climbed out from underneath the bed.
"Am I the last one?" The redhead nodded. "Yes! Let's play another round..."

A redheaded girl, and a raven haired boy sit on the steps of a porch, yelling coming from inside the house.
"Why can't you stay here?" The boy asked. The girl looked down, a tear rolling down her face.
"I don't want to leave my mommy." She said softly.
"But I don't want you to leave me. Archie is staying here, why can't you?"
"I-I don't wanna miss my mom." The boy pulled the girls face up to meet his. He leaned in close before kissing her on the lips. The girl quickly kissed back. When they broke from the kiss, they both looked down.
"Jughead," she said softly.
"I had to do it, Ari, at least once..."

"Move it midget."
"Get out of my way shortty."
"I didn't realize that they let 3rd graders into middle school."
"Where is she even from? She doesn't belong in Chicago."
"Nerd."
"Ugh, no one wants you here Know-it-all-freak."
"I want this essay done by Thursday, and if you think about telling a teacher about this, then ill send the football team after you."
"I heard her dad didn't even want her..."
***
"Mom please. It'll be better there."
"No, I can't have you going into another country."
"But its one of the best schools mom, and I got offered a complete ride, for all 4 years of high school."
"I don't care, I can't stand the thought of you being alone in London."
"Please mom. I'll be challenged there, I'm not being challanged here in Chicago, and I hate that school."
"Let me talk to your father about it."
"Thank you, thank you, than-"
"Its not a yes, I just don't like the though of you being alone..."
***
"Are you sure you want to go to this school?"
"Yes mom. I'm sure."
***
"Mom? I-I..."
***
"Hello? Is this Mrs. Andrews?"
"Yes? May I ask Who's calling?"
"This is Dr. Chase from London Downtown Hospital, your daughter, Ariana Andrews, almost bled to death, she is stable now, but we are unsure of what happened. What is the quickest you'll be able to get here?"
***
"Ariana Andrews. In the hospital once again I see."
"Go away. You're not real."
"Awe, but I am. I'll find out where you went."
"You won't."
"Oh, I will, dont you remember me? I get everything I want. And I want to find you."
