Izuku is the first omegan king in 100 years. His kingdom is well known as the Healing Peace Kingdom where omegas are welcomed and their best healer is recovery girl. He is the only omegan king in the neighboring kingdoms. His father Hisashi Midoriya got rid of the anti omega king rule. He found it unfair and did something about it. His parents sent Izuku to a training camp to learn the ways of becoming king. They did this because it was required to do so by lords and emperors have ordered all the kingdoms to do so and their kingdom was no exception.
