Haley's POV
It's 12 am and I can't go to sleep. Cameron is laying next to me sound asleep. As my eyes start to close I hear footsteps in the hallway. I slowly get up , not wanting to wake up Cam and go into the hallway. Sitting in the hall is ... Carter.
Carters POV
After having a few drinks at the club I catch a cab back to the hotel . I go in the elevator and press the button to the second floor . Once I get there I try to be quiet so I wake no one up. Halfway to my room I stop and sit against the wall, putting my head into my head. I hear a door open and out comes Haley.
Haley's POV
Carter is sitting against the wall and does not look well.I sit down next to him and say, "Carter , you okay bud?" I touch his arm and surprisingly he doesn't protest. I help him up and lead him to a bathroom. You wash his face and give him some Advil. After he's all cleaned up he says, " Haley why are you being so nice to me when I'm so rude to you?" I smile and say, "because I give people second chances." He sits up, looks into my eyes and kisses me.
