Beyond The Walls (The Maze Runner)

Chapter 8- Bonfire

The new greenie had just lit the fire to start the party.  There where already people dancing and drinking.  I was sitting with my usual group Newt, Minho, and Chuck.  The greenie apparently sits with us now

"So what's it like being the only girl around here" The greenie asks out of nowhere

"It's not that bad I've gotten used to everyone it's like I have a bunch of brothers" I responded

"And She's like the little sister we never wanted" Minho said and I slapped his chest

I could already tell Minho was going to drink a lot which worried me.  He always ends up drunk

"Minho stop drinking while your ahead" I said

"No whatever is in this makes me feel like I'm riding a unicorn I ain't gunna stop, you should try it"

I rolled my eyes and grabbed a bottle of whatever The heck it is

You only live once right?

"Thomas" the greenie said freaking out

"What"

"My name, It's Thomas" he yelled

We congratulated him on remembering his name and he decided he wanted to try to beat Gally in the circle

Well I bet you can guess what happened.  Thomas got destroyed and had to go to the med-jacks

Me and Minho decided to go dance like crazy people.    You could tell we had way to much to drink.  We looked like crazy people dancing to the makeshift instruments the gladers had made

That was the most fun I've ever had

Minho kept spinning me around and I dizzy and ended up falling into someone who caught me

It was none other than Gally I mean come on... really

"Hey Gallyyyyy" I said in a drunken tone

"Y/n your drunk as hell" he said

"I'm not drunk, your drunk"  I said poking at his chest

"Come on y/n let's get to back to my room you can sleep in there, I'm not trusting you sleeping around a bunch of other boys while your drunk"

"Noooo I'm having fun"

Right then he picked me up and carried me to his room

"I'll take you floor you can have my bed"

"Fineeee" I said

"Here go change you look like a mess" Gally said throwing one of his shirts at me

He had to walk me to the bathroom because I couldn't walk straight

"Woah do you see that"

"What" he asks

"That big duck, dude it's shucking huge"

He looked at me like I was crazy

"I'm not lying there's a huge duck" I said pointing over to the deadheads

"Ok y/n that's enough let's get you back" he said picking me up over his shoulder again

"Weeeeee go faster" I said punching his back

"Y/n your going insane" he laughed

We both got back to his room and he tucked me in his bed. Yeah I know I'm like a child

"Go to sleep y/n I'll see you in the morning"

"Ok but watch out for that duck he will hurt you"

"Ok I will watch out for the duck" he said as he kissed me on my forehead
