Our Third Mate

I ran into the house ignoring Herma talking, to I guess the dog and sat on top of Anteros. Grabbing the herbs my mother gave me I chewed them in my mouth and leaned down to Anteros mouth. I tried to find that part of me that my mother said gives life and blew the crushed green powder into his face. It looked like smoke as it left my lips and became inhaled through his mouth and nose. I watched for a change of anything, feeling Hermas hand clinch mine in hers as I unintentionally squeezed my thighs around Anteros waist. His skin seemed to turn a sickly pale green and I felt my heart drop thinking I poisoned him. Tears flew down my eyes as I shook my head in fear. Herma hugged me to her kissing my face and I jumped as I felt hands grip my hips tightly. Looking down I saw Antero eyes flash green before going back to his beautiful hazel brown, and my heart fluttered as his beautiful smile widened.

"I really like this position and all, but I feel like I haven't pissed in days" I squealed and hugged him tightly as Herma joined us. I felt something bump against my butt and looked behind me to see the beautiful dog, Hermes, brought us. I rubbed his head before leaning down and kissing Anteros deeply, followed by Herma kissing him and then kissing me. 

"I wasn't kidding about having to piss though" I laughed with tears still falling down my eyes as I got off of him. He got up slowly, but stumbled a bit. Herma changed into her manly counterpart and helped him to the bathroom. I sat down on the couch pulling my knees against my body. This was a lot to take in just one day, learning of my birth, my powers, how I'm connected to Gaea, that I pretty much had two fathers, both of them Death Gods. I put that information aside, I needed to know what happened to Anteros that made him pass out like that, for so long. The dog came over to me and licked my hands making me smile. I leaned down to kiss his snout and he licked my lips making me scrunch up my face before laughing. He was such a beautiful dog and I somehow felt connected to him. His head went up like someone was calling him and he ran off towards the back of the house. Anteros came back downstairs and laid next to me with Herma on his side.

"So what happened while I was out" He looked at me and leaned over placing a small kiss on my lips. 

"You came back bloody and have been passed out for the last three days, what happened" His face got serious for a moment and he gripped my smaller hand in his huge one.

"My father summoned me, he's pissed at Hades for whatever reason, and is trying to use me to find you, he doesn't know about us" he said motioning towards the three of us.

"He still thinks I need his approval, that I would give you up, I pretty much told him to fuck himself ad he tried to make my childhood tormentor Grendel to get me to agree before I blasted his body to bits, which felt amazing by the way, and came back to you" I couldn't help running my fingers through his hair, I was so scared that he wasn't going to wake up.

"Why were you so bloody, and who is Grendel" Where the only things I could think of asking him at this moment, my mind was running in so many different directions.

"My father decided to beat me first, his fire bolts hurt like a bitch, Grendel was the man my father let use me for his services when I was 14 years old" My mouth dropped, I knew that Ares was a bastard but, how could he do that to his own flesh and blood. Anteros looked at me and kissed my forehead as tears flew down my eyes.

"Rape isn't seen as such a bad thing to my father Helena, it's one of his many ways of getting what he wants, my 14 year old virgin ass was a small price to pay for one of the best warriors in the realm, all people are pawns to him, to be used in any way to get what he wants, and right now he wants you, he doesn't come to the mortal plane unless there are huge wars going on, so you'll be safe here, I failed you one time, I won't let it happen again' I opened my mouth to protest that he hadn't failed me, he had no idea what was going to happen.
