Chapter 16

It's the first day of 5th grade and Chloe and Y/N are walking in the halls trying to find their classrooms. "It says I have math" Chloe says looking up at Y/N with wide eyes. "Me too.." Y/N responds with. They finally find their classes and walk there together. After half a day of classes they make their way to the cafeteria. They stand there in the entrance looking at the ginormous place."Woah.." ,a tiny Y/N says under her breathe. "I know right it's huge!" Chloe says widening her eyes at the exaggeration. They get in line to get their lunches but don't know we're to sit. They spot a girl they met at class earlier. They make their way over to her and her friends. Y/N notices this small wasian boy and says hi to him."Hi!" she says with a bright smile.
"Hey,"he says back smiling softly,"what's your name?" He asks. "Y/N, and you?" Y/N asks back.

"Kairi"

Y/N Pov

I'm on my way to my second class of the day. I have it with Alejandro and Alvaro, I low-key ship them, since the carnival day they would only sit next to each other on the rides. It's kinda cute. I giggle to myself.

"What class do you guys have after?" I ask hoping that at least one of them have the same class as me.

"Room 3B." Alejandro says.

"Room 2D" Alvaro says too.

"Ughhhhh" I groan as a i realize I have the next class with Chloe. I honestly don't want to see her again. But I mean I maybe was a little harsh but she's was my bestfriend. We walk into our class and sit in our seats.

I'm on my way to Class 3A after saying goodbye to both Aloe and Alex. I see Kairi from far away in his lunch break so I decide to go to him real quick to say hi.
"Hiii Bubby!!" I squeal as I run into Kai's open arms. I am engulfed into a big bear hug, I snuggle my nose into Kairis neck.

"Hey baby,"he finally says as we pull away,"You want some?" He asks putting a half eaten burger in front of my face.

"Sure!" I say cheerfully as I grab it from his hand and sit on his lap enjoying a bite of the hamburger. "Oh sorry, hi Mattia, hi Roshaun." I wave turning to the boys on the other side of Kairi's table.

"Hey Y/N," they both respond returning the wave. Soon going back to talking to each other.

I take a second bite out of the hamburger and grab his drink and drink some of it. I turn my head around slightly and smile at him.

"When does your class start?" he asks. Pulling me higher up on his lap.

"Umm-oh shit in like 5 minutes, gotta blast." I say getting up from his lap. He groans trying to pull me back down. "Kairiiiii I need to goooo, i'll be back soon to the dorm okay, I only need 3 more classes. The faster I go the quicker I get back." He finally let's go and I turn back giving him a kiss on the lips. "Bye boys!!" I say. I make my way to the next class, not prepared for who i'm going to see pretty soon.
