Thunder. I hear it. The power is coming again. My body starts to tingle.
"There he is!" I look to the left and see a couple of Antimentals. They are in gray suits. They shoot beams of gray energy at me. I create a lightning shield. I break the shield at throw the bolts at them. They create some type of vortex which drains the energy out of my bolts. I feel something slam into my back. Mike is standing behind me. I feel my energy being drained. I fall to the ground.
I look up at the sky. The clouds are lighting up. I feel a massive surge in my chest. I move my arms. The lightning moves all around the sky. I slam it down on Mike and force myself to my feet. The sky darkens above me. I look up to see the the gray ship. There is a projection of an Antimental man and Navino.
"Evan. You can either stop fighting now, or he dies." The man holds up a knife to Navino's neck. With the authority in his voice, he must be in charge or something. Navino looks at me and nods.
"You will never have me. Or the power!" I yell back. The projection turns off and I hear an agonizing scream. Don't cry. I say to myself. I let a tear fall. The three guys that first saw me are still standing there.
A bolt of lightning strikes near me. I capture it's energy and release it on the three guys. Except that it hits much more than just them. A massive ring of energy releases all around me. Everything is fuzzy again. I fall to the ground. What have I done? What have I done?
