it was a friday and nini was relieved. the week had been exhausting for her. schoolwork was piling up, the sats were coming up really soon, so she had to prepare and review, and choir practices have been hectic lately.
she was walking to the main entrance of the school with kourtney, gina, ashlyn and seb, since they were going to walk home together. she saw a familiar curly haired boy waiting in front of his car.
"oh my god, ricky!" she shouted, running to him and jumped into his arms.
"hey, you!" ricky says, pecking her lips.
"what are you doing here? i was supposed to meet you tomorrow." nini chuckles.
"well, i missed you so much and i know you were exhausted and stressed from this week, so i'm taking you out for tonight." ricky replies.
nini pulls him for a kiss. "where though?"
"just hop in. you'll love it." ricky insisted, opening the passenger seat for her.
nini blows a kiss to her friends and they all give her a wink.
