as soon as nini came home, she did some homework before meeting josh who apparently is ricky bowen. after, she changed into some mom jeans, a pink sweater and pairing it with her white converse. she walked to the cafe and noticed that there were so many people with cameras. she felt a pair of hands grab her arm.
nini was about to scream but she saw that the person who grabbed her was ricky. "wait, what the-"
"we can't be here. can we go somewhere else?" i'll explain in the car." ricky insists and leads her to his car.
it was dead silent in the car for a while, until nini spoke up.
"your name is really josh right? was the paparazzi there for you? are you really ricky bowen? because my friends told me you are as soon as I show them a picture of you. can you please explain what's going on?" nini rambled.
their conversation was interrupted when ricky pulled over to a diner that was about 20 minutes away from the cafe.
"i'll explain everything, but first can we eat? i'm starving." ricky suggested and nini nodded because she was also hungry as well.
after they ordered, ricky explained what was going on. "ok, my name is not really josh and your friends are right. i'm ricky bowen."
nini sighed. "oh, wow. why didn't you tell me your real name in the first place?"
"because you didn't know me! you didn't recognize me so i took that as an advantage." ricky exclaims.
nini gave a confused look. "what do you mean?"
ricky lets out a huge sigh before saying anything. "look, every girl i try to date, knows me as ricky bowen, the famous teenage singer and the reason why they'd date me is because of my image. you didn't recognize me or know who i am so i took that as an advantage. the first time i saw you, i was mesmerized by your beauty, and when i finally got the chance to talk to you, i though you were the sweetest girl ever."
nini blushes for a bit. "oh, but it wasn't necessary though to lie about your name."
"i'm sorry for that. i know it didn't make sense or it was useless. i'm really sorry. it's just i really like you."
nini's cheeks turned even more red. "well maybe it's a good thing to say that i like you too as well. i wanna get to know you, the real you."
"great! how about i take you out on a real date. does next week sound great? i have rehearsals for my concert this week, i'm sorry." ricky says.
"of course, whenever you're free." nini smiles.
after having dinner in the diner, ricky insisted to bring nini back to her house. he pulled over to her garage.
"thank you ricky for tonight. can't wait to see you again next week." nini says.
"same here. good night nini." ricky replies.
nini blushes as soon as she reaches the door. after entering her house, she started squealing and jumping, immediately texting her friends about the night she had.

after messaging her friends, she quickly went to the bathroom to change into her pjs. she couldn't stop smiling. she really had a great night.
