I stared out of the window onto the blazing ocean, reflecting the rise of the Earth and its nature relishing the purity owing to the lockdown of the humans. The summer stretched forward longingly with them still trapped in their houses, lacking the normal spirit of the season. With beaches empty and pools clear, it was indeed a sad spectacle for the same summer vacations had youngsters devoid of any emotion, locked away in the confines of their own homes away from any enjoyment and fun. The pandemic had ultimately succeeded in producing a heartless summer for the Homo sapiens.
