Carl Francis Gallagher sat in the holding cell, his hands cuffed and new glasses hanging low. He wonders what's going on outside and how much he wishes he could choke out Sammi with his bare hands. Fucking bitch. Bella Leticia Zambada-García sat in the court room, with Liam to the left of her and V behind her. Lip was talking to the woman in back of her about something but the Latina couldn't even hear it as she thought of one thousand different ways to get away with Sammi's murder. Her brown eyes glared into the back of the blonde woman's head, practically burning a hole in it.

Bella's arms were crossed, her head slightly leaning to the right with a cold glare only she could give. It was weird, she didn't think she would be intimidating but maybe it was just the years of trauma that took the life in her eyes. She had been quiet the whole time, not really speaking to anyone. Finally, the Bailiff speaks. "All rise. The Circuit Court of Cook County is now in session. The honorable Rita Gaither is presiding" The man speaks loudly as the judge walks into the room and they all stand. Bella is thinking about how bad the charges she would have to face would be if she attacks Sammi in the middle of a court room, and she knows Carl is probably thinking the same thing.

The judge sits down in her chair. "Please sit" She orders and everyone does as told. "Case number 2014-CR-882655. The People versus Charles Nevins S-" That was when Bella got bored and stopped caring to listen. The brunette looked down at her sandals and grimaced at her chipped toe nail polish, she knew she should've painted them. Then Chuckie's lawyer stands up, gaining her attention.

"Your Honor, defense would like to reiterate that this is defendant's first arrest. He has never been in trouble before and that he has an IQ of barely functional intelligence" Debbie Gallagher turned to Bella García, with the same awkward look on her face. Poor Chuckie, Bella can't help but think-she knows what it's like to have one of Carl's plans blow up right in her face so she can't help but feel sympathetic. Although on the other hand, she does want to beat his mother unconscious with a baseball bat.

"Would the defendant like to say anything?" Asks the Judge. "Charles?"

"Chuckie" Sammi raises her voice and the boy speaks.

"What?" He asks in confusion.

"Would you like to say anything before sentencing?" The woman in the robe asks kindly and Chuckie nods.

"Okay" The room falls silent and Bella can't help but roll her eyes to the back of her head as Skanky Sammi stands up, raising her hand.

"I would, Your Honor. May I speak?" The woman asks and The Judge nods. "My Chuckie is a good boy. "The only thing he's ever stolen was my heart" And cue the disgusted looks of her 'family members' and 'neighbors'. "But he was taken advantage of by an older family member. If you're gonna blame anyone, you should blame his uncle Carl or-or the family who raised him" She looks back at them at Bella glares at her.

"Or thatslutty little girlfriend of his" Sammi sneers and the teen is slowly preparing to fight a grown woman. Bella stands up but is immediately pulled down by Veronica and The Judge can't help but stare in shock. What the hell is going on here? "Or me, for putting an innocent boy in a den of wolves" She sits down and The Judge frowns lightly.

"Anything else?" And Sammi shakes her head. "Prosecution?" Nothing. "Then we can proceed to sentencing. This court hereby sentences you to a minimum of 120 days at the Illinois Department of Corrections Juvenile Justice Division. 60 days for good behavior"

Bella can't help but not even listen to Sammi's words, tapping her foot as she waits for Carl. She knows exactly how this is gonna go, he thinks if he goes to Juvie he'll be the baddest motherfucker alive (his words, not Bella's). And as Chuckie walks away they bring Carl in, and Bella can't help but grin at her best friend. Carl Gallagher knew exactly what he had to do when he saw Bella in that courtroom, he was reminded of what her father; who was a very rich and successful man would do-reward those men who didn't snitch-those who went to jail in honor of his name. And Carl knew if he wanted to run his own gig one day, he can't go around snitching. "Well if I didn't know better, I'd think he's an upstanding young man" Lip comments, with a smirk.
