Carl Francis Gallagher got out on good behavior, however the hell that happened. Even after all the gang wars, and Chuckie's sentence being extended more than once-Carl's never did. And he wasn't gonna worry about Bella anymore, what she was doing with Andre and instead he would find himself a girl of his own. That's the plan he had been rehearsing for quite some time now-he was just gonna worry about him and his money.

Bella Leticia Zambada-García was busy these days. She had spent an awful lot of time with Andre for the past few months and they were basically a couple. Keyword: basically because over the course of months and countless makeouts he still wouldn't ask Bella to be his girlfriend. She hated it but the thing she hated the most was how mad he would get every damn Saturday when she would visit Carl, it not like he had anything to be mad about. He wasn't even her boyfriend.

So when Carl heard he was getting out he didn't tell anyone. He didn't call Bella for the first time since he got there and he made no plans of saying anything to her until they came face-to-face.
