I finish putting my robe and sash on and leave the room. I run down the hall counting doors as I pass them. I get to seventeen and see the sign on a very elaborate golden door that says library. I walk in the door and I see Gabriel holding a file folder toward me. I walk up to him and say "I'm here for the file for Sigmund."

"Oh you must be the new Angel of Death candidate that Sigmund is training. What is your name young one?" Gabriel asks me as he looks at me up and down.

"Muerta, can I have the file please?" I ask after answering his question.

"Oh you're Liam's oldest daughter. Yes, you can have the file, do you know how to read it?" He asks "Angel script is different from human writing.

I take the file and look at it. I start reading it to him immediately. Apparently surprising him because as I started reading it Gabriel took a few steps back mouth wide open.

"Did Sigmund show you how to read that already?" Gabriel asks puzzled.

"No," I say, answering his question.

"I guess that is the power of the direct descendant of God himself," Gabriel says. "Alright if you're done here you better head back to Sigmund."

I run out of the library door and back down the hall to my room where Sigmund is waiting outside for me and the file. "Sigmund was tha,t my first test?" I suspect something is up.

"Well actually that was the first test. I never told you how to read angel script and you successfully read the library sign and you were able to read the file to Gabriel. Otherwise he wouldn't have given it to you. So congratulations you passed the first test and you can skip about three months of training just by knowing how to read Angel Script. By the way, that's not a skill any other angels have. We all had to be taught how to read it," Sigmund Explains as he takes the file from me. "So where are we headed and what was the cause of death?"

"London for a twenty-five year old, male, cause of death was a car accident," I say remembering every detail from the file.

"It'll take about ninety minutes for us to get there flying from Zita's place if we fly quickly," He explains quickly. "We have to go back to where your body is located so that we can tie your soul back to your body to keep the link between soul and body. That way your soul doesn't deteriorate because you can't control your aura completely and extend the link. When you truly become immortal your soul won't deteriorate because it is permanent. But until that happens you will need to re-establish the link between your soul and body in the Earthly realm."

"Does that mean going in and out of my body again. Or does it just mean being close to my body so that my aura touches it?" I ask as we are running down the hall toward the gate we entered from.

"You just have to be close enough to your body so that your aura touches it to renew the bond between body and soul," Sigmund says, answering my question.

"Also how did you estimate that it will only take 90 minutes to get from Zita's to London you realize we are in the middle of New York right that's at least a six-hour flight in a 747 which can travel a lot faster than we could probably ever go?" I am genuinely curious about his calculations.

"You realize when we were flying earlier that we were flying at Mach six right?"

"There is no way we were traveling at Mach six that's six times the speed of sound. There is no possible way that a human can travel that fast without some kind of protection. But then again you're going to explain that away by reminding me that we are souls and can not technically get harmed moving at those speeds."

"Hey you're starting to catch on. Most angels can't fly faster than Mach four without struggling though. I'm surprised that you were able to fly at those speeds that long without struggling. Are you sure you are just a beginner?"
