Your POV
Jack and I went downstairs and announced to our family that we were back together again. Everybody cheered and congratulated us. Everyone except for Masky and Hoodie. They stood staring at us, as if they were going to burn a hole in Jack's forehead. Jack eventually put me down and we all went about our business. I went outside and flew up to the roof. I found it relaxing and peaceful up there. When I landed I sat down and stared up at the clouds. A light breeze played with my hair, blowing it behind me. After a while I moved my gaze from the clouds to my necklace that Jack had given me. I fingered the hard candy, a smile forming on my lips. But then I saw something moving down in the trees. I flew down to find it was just Masky fingering a knife. I said "Hey, Masky. What are up to?"
He looked up at me with his blue eyes. He said "Waiting for you."
"Why do you need help with something?"
"No, but it looks like you do."
He nodded towards something and before I could even turn around, a hand wrapped itself around my mouth. I screamed, but my cries were muffled by the hand. I felt light-headed and then everything went black.
Masky's POV (This is a first!)
I saw y/n on the roof and I thought this the perfect time to put our plan into action. I moved among the trees and then sat down on a log. Y/n must have seen me for she flew down and found me. Perfect. We had a conversation when I said "No, but it looks like you do."
I nodded to Hoodie, who was right behind y/n. She was about to turn around but Hoodie placed his hand over her mouth where a rag of chloroform lay. She struggled in his grasp, but she finally collasped into Hoodie's arms. He threw the rag to the ground and said "What now?"
"We follow the plan."
He nodded. That's when I noticed the necklace around her neck. I grabbed the chain and ripped it from her neck. I stared at it and then crushed it in my hands and then I let the crumpled pieces fall to the ground in a heap. "Let's go."
Hoodie gave me y/n's limp body. I threw her over my shoulder and we walked to the Master's Lair.
