Jennie studied the notes all over again, then e-mailed Jisoo, recommending a few changes and then it was eight in the evening by the time she snapped her laptop shut.

She stretched a bit on her sofa, wondering what to do now.

Should she go for the dinner Jisoo so obnoxiously ordered her to? And then Jisoo promised her to - but Jisoo being Jisoo.

Jennie generally liked to remain out of the limelight. She seldom, if not rarely, attended her mother's charity galas or her sisters' dinners and last year, she did not even go for her father's birthday.

Truth to be told, Jennie was in Seoul at that time, tied down with a project for a client. She wasn't sure how to feel about her family. They were all so - up and about, and just so out there.

She was different in that way. She did not know how to deal with the paparazzi. She was too expressive, with her hands and face, which made her look too innocent.

And Jisoo was one of them, like the rest of Jennie's family, accustomed to being photographed about town, dating the prettiest girls, dinning in the finest restaurants.

At least Jisoo made her own money. Jennie could not quite say that for her siblings.

She decided to take a long hot shower and ease her stiff body.

She was heating her dinner like she always did.

The doorbell rang.

Played Song:
No Running From me
(Troulouse)

She hesitated only for a second, and then wrapping the conveniently lying fluffy white robe, she checked the peep-hole. She subconsciously knew that it would be her.

Jisoo.

Jennie touched her heart and sighed. It was working too fast.

The bell rang again.

She unlocked the door. She did not even say anything, and Jisoo stepped inside, bumping her shoulders.

Inside Jennie's threshold, Jisoo hands shoved inside her coat pocket, she dragged her eyes all over her body. Twice. And with a small smile.

"You are not dressed for Kcorp - No," Jisoo finally stated bringing her eyes back to look at Jennie.

They were disturbingly friendly.

"But I think I could convince them." Jisoo continued after a paused.

Jennie rolled her eyes.

Jisoo was dressed though, for dinner, in a dark-blue suit and a sky-blue shirt revealing the base of her neck and little bit cleavage.

Jennie shrugged, trying to play it cool, "I am not going." she flicked her hand.

Jisoo raised her eyebrows, and took a step towards her.

But Jennie shooed her away with her wrist, and then sidestepping Jisoo, went towards the sitting area.

"I thought it would make me more of a gentlewoman to take you for dinner before going under your skirt. But if you want to get right down to it-"

Jennie made a gesture of As if, rolling her eyes and looking upward.

Played Song:
I Put A Spell On You
(Annie Lennox)

Jisoo sat down on one of the sofa chairs facing the windows.

"I thought you were into it." Jisoo said calmly.
