[A/N: forgot to mention in the last chapter that Niall is pretty important in this book so keep an eye on him ;) ]

"So Louis, how are you liking this school so far? You like your specials?" Zayn asked at lunch. The three boys were seated at a table, Niall practically shoving food into his mouth. The cafeteria food wasn't the best but it was enough to fill his stomach.

Louis was having a great time at school. When it was Science time, Mr. Styles put on a Bill Nye the Science Guy video about mammals since they were getting into Life Science.
His specials were gym on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays while Art was Tuesdays and Thursdays, then after that he had lunch then back to Mr. Styles class for support, where kids could do homework for a good forty five minutes then it was on to history and English.

"I think I like it. I like my classes and my teacher. And my new friends." The boy shyly smiled while taking a bite of a chicken nugget. Niall beamed at his answer.

The blonde asked with a mouth full of food, "What's your favorite subject? I think I like science since it's the easiest." Zayn nodded in agreement while Louis simply shrugged.

"I just like to learn."

"Alright class, we're going to be doing a project on The United States!" Mr. Styles announced, the class roaring with excitement. The kids loved doing projects, especially with their friends and even if it was a boring subject, they still had fun with it.

"You'll get into a group of two and I'll be assigning you a state and you'll have to make a PowerPoint including the population, the capital of that state, and some fun facts." He walked around the room, handing out rubrics to each table group. He went over the other guidelines, telling them to use bullet points with complete sentences, use your own words, not just copy and paste from Wikipedia (which they aren't even allowed to use). There had to be a minimum of five slides and a maximum of eight and each had to divide the work, not let one do all or most of it.

"Alright get into partners- and make sure you pick the right person. Some of you tend to goof off." He winked at Zayn and Niall, causing the two boys to giggle.

On the other hand, Louis wanted to ask Eleanor but she was already off to one of her friends, causing the boy to slightly frown. He didn't know anyone else except for the boys he had just met and he was sure Zayn and Niall would pair up. However, he was wrong when Niall interrupted his thoughts.

"Louis you're going to work with me."

He looked up to see Niall standing beside his desk, and also noticed Zayn was across the room, talking to a boy with- jeez is that red hair?

"I am?"

Niall nodded eagerly and sat down in Zayns desk, writing his and Louis' name on the rubric. Louis couldn't help but frown at the demand but went with it since he was working with someone he knew.

"So Niall and Louis are working together." Harry smiled when walking over to the two. "You guys will be doing your project on Ohio."

Louis furrowed his eyebrows as he wrote the state on his paper (Niall had to correct him because he wrote 'ohiyo'). He then asked, "where's ohio?"

"It's in the states, stupid." A girl from another table snickered, Niall glaring at her as Harry sighed in irritation. He loves kids but some of them are just so bratty and rude.

"You aren't stupid, Lou. Ohio is in North America. Now figure out who's gonna do what, okay?" The two boys nodded as the teacher went to another group. Niall then turned to Louis.
