A month later.

Things turned upside down, school was draining but we didn't lose focus. Keisha got kidnapped two weeks back, Orlando's mother was admitted to the hospital after doctors discovered that she had cancer. Mercury and Venus were getting threatening letters, it's either inside their lockers or in their cars.

Avah was being 'framed', at least that's what she says, for cheating on Venus with a girl we've all never seen before. There were pictures of them having sex, being in park dates and some of them sitting in Avah's car.

Cole on the other hand just went ghost on me. Mikayla doesn't know where she is either. Blacky and I tried looking for her but no luck, she never arrived at the airport for her flight to New York. That meant she was still around but the question was where?

We knew for sure that Keisha's kidnapping had something to do with Chris. The creepy letters and of course Avah being framed.

To actually think about it, me and Lando have nothing connecting us to Chris and there's no way that she was behind Lando's mother being sick. The Cole part, she indeed is a grown woman and if she wants to be away without letting anyone know that was her business and she doesn't have to report to no one.

As much as all of what is happening don't make sense we all trying to stay calm and deal with all of this as clean as possible.

So we started trapping real hard, like day after day we do drops and collect money every after two days. Keisha's kidnapper was sending messages demanding for a ransom to be able to let her go. Of course we had people following Chris but nothing seemed suspicious. She went to school, work then went back to her crib. Had us going back to zero because we thought it was her the whole time.

*7:47 PM, Alex's house.*

"I still believe it's Chris doing all of this", Mercury said. "I mean she comes back out of the shell she was hinding in, sends a message that she's back, tells us to watch our backs and suddenly everything turns left. So why y'all having doubts now?" she asked. "I'm definitely not doubting anything she could be having people looking after Keisha. She's not dumb and she knew we would watch her" Ice said agreeing with Mercury.

"Alex I'm taking Tyrone with me, Okay? Bye everyone", Maria said walking to the door with Ty following behind. "Bye Maria" we said in unison and waved goodbye to Ty.

"So now that the money is ready, you got any message?" Avah asked Alex. "Nah, nothing." We all sat in silence. I was already getting sleepy and Lando was snoring real hard. An hour passed, still no message. "So am I allowed to kill someone today?" Venus asked making all of us look at her. "Only if you have to" I said shrugging. "Okay thanks", she muttered back.

*Ding, message alert.

We all looked at Alex, she took her phone from the table and unlocked it. "It says: Abandoned warehouse, Whitestone Drive down South Street", she read it out loud. We all stood up, said a little prayer and off we went.

Little did we know that one of us wouldn't make it back home.

Immediately after Keisha was given back to us and the money was thrown at them gunshots were heard.

Everything happened so fast and by the time bullets stopped flying around, she was just laying there. Blood coming out her mouth and her eyes rolling to the back of her head. She held on to her chest, everytime she tried saying something she'd cough out blood.

She held out her hand trying to reach out to Mercury but that was when the last shot was heard, the bullet went straight into her head causing her hand to drop. The guys who were holding us wouldn't let go.

" I had to do it baby, I had to! Each and every person who doesn't want to see us together has to die. I'll have you, whether they like it or not, whether you like it or not! You are Mine Mercury Montez." "Ohh Shane, if you still want to see Nicole alive" she smirked then said "FIND ME", With those words Chris went out and disappeared in just a minute.

The man working for Chris took all our guns and searched us to see if we had any other weapons with us. They first let Ice go, throwing her onto the floor. Then they let us go one by one. They slowly backed away to the exit with our own guns pointing at us. The minute they went out. We all rushed to Venus.

Mercury was repeatedly screaming wake up but it was too late. She had her eyes open and blood gushing down from her forehead. Alex closed her eyes using her hand, "She's gone Mercury, she's gone", "Nah she'll wake up, she has to. She promised not to ever leave me, she promised to always protect me, she'll wake up! Venus!", she started screaming again.

Avah just stood there with tears running down her cheeks with her eyes full of hatred and hurt. She dropped to her knees before bursting into tears. I picked her up and hugged her, making circles on her back trying to calm her.

We wish for proper goodbyes instead of not knowing that the last laugh we shared was actually a goodbye.
We wish to say I love you before the death train departs, instead of teasing one another to show love and not say the words,
But at the end of the day we just wish, death decides.
