Chapter Fifteen

----Third Person----

"How are we supposed to find them?" Azariah asked.

Rayna smiled, "I have an idea."

"Oh dear," Azariah sighed.

"The plan was to just search through the woods, but they'll be back with Kugen by now," Rayna said.

Azariah shook his head, "Wait, no. If they're back, then we're too late to save Zoya and Regina."

"So do we do that first?" Rayna asked.

"I guess so," Azariah said.

They started heading back to the camp. An arrow landed in the ground by their feet, "That was a warning shot. Who are you?"

"Ellukah," Rayna laughed slightly, "It's us."

"Oh," Ellukah leapt down from the trees, "Sorry 'bout that." She retrieved her arrow.

Azariah said, "No, we should've taken the tunnel."

"Kugen was wondering where you two went," Ellukah said, "He wants to speak with Rayna."

They walked back to the camp together, "Azariah! Rayna!"

Ajax and Aurelia ran over to us, "We were so worried." Aurelia pulled Rayna into a hug.

"Chill, we're back," Rayna laughed, "Now if you squeeze me any tighter, I'm going to suffocate."

"Sorry," Aurelia mumbled, "Kugen wants to talk to you."

Rayna sighed and walked into the barn, "Master?"

"Close the door," Kugen said, "And lock it."

Doing as she was told, she turned to see Kugen holding a short sword, "Storm came back. Her dagger had your blood on it, not Eyre's. You both failed that mission. Tell me, why was your blood on that dagger?"

"I don't know what you mean-"

"Don't lie to me, child," Kugen said, stepping closer, holding the sword threateningly, "Storm did and now she's dead. Don't worry either. The truth won't kill you."

So that's what happened to her.

"Eyre Sari is my sister," Rayna said, "As are Regina and Zoya Sari. My name is Suni Sari."

"Is that what-"

Rayna snapped, "I remember everything. I remember my past life. I checked the documents, everyone that should've been on that plane. Only one person reported missing, the other supposedly never existed. That girl missing was Suni Sari."

"So?"

"So I looked up pictures," Rayna continued, "I looked up everything about this girl. I talked to Eyre. She's my sister. You would have me kill my sister?"

Kugen frowned, "It turned to a recruitment mission."

"So you want my entire family as your assassins?" Rayna asked, "Or do you just want Eyre because she has a dragon?"

"Mission report."

Something in Rayna's mind made her calm down, "We brought back the girls Regina and Zoya. We set off to find Eyre. I was separated from the group. A group of rogue assassins threw me off a cliff in their attempt to kill me."

"And?"

"Azariah found me and helped me heal. We had a run in with Storm and Eyre. I distracted Storm because I couldn't let her kill my sister, or brainwash her," Rayna said, "She was angry. She stabbed me in the shoulder. She was going to say the blood was Eyre's. She assumed I'd bleed out."
