Chapter 6

"I'm home!" I yelled.

"Hazel where were you? I just had a phone call from the school saying you weren't in class today." My mother stated with her arms crossed and a disappointment look on her face.

"I'm sorry mom I was hanging out with my mate all day today." I explained.

"Well don't let it affect your education Hazel."

"I won't mom." I smiled

"Good. Now tell me what's he like?" My mother questioned while looking excited.

"Well he's called Lucas and let me tell you he is HOT, you might even mistake him for a model." I said While jumping up and down.

My mother signed happily....

"I said the same thing about your father."

"I feel so lucky mom. He's definitely hotter than Jack and he treated me well today. I'm glad I gave him a chance mom.....best decision ever!" I said While smiling to myself.

Mom kissed my on the cheek "I'm glad to hear that, now go and freshen up, I have made your favourite food..Lasagne"

"Yayy!" I screamed and ran upstairs.

Lucas Pov:

"I feel so lucky mom. He's definitely hotter than Jack and he treated me well today. I'm glad I gave him a chance mom best decision ever!" I heard my zing say from the living room window.

It makes me happy to see her smiling, like the way she is.

But who's this Jack she speaks of?

I need to do some research.

I looked at my Zing for the final time, before disappearing....

Hazel Pov:

"Lucas no don't!" I screamed

Then I opened my eyes and turned on my lamp.

It was just a dream......

I had a nightmare about Lucas biting my parents.

Its just a dream. I still must be overwhelmed the fact that Lucas is a vampire or I might still be scared of the thought of him biting me.

'It was just a dream Hazel, go back to sleep.' Hope mindlinked.

She's right.

So I turned off the lamp and went to sleep.

Hazel Pov:

Ugh the first two lessons were so boring!

I didn't see Lucas at all today!

I had science and they started talking about chromosomes so I just turned off and then I have P.E. the teachers made us run laps!

Which is okay for me because I'm a wolf, but most of the guys in my class were extremely stubborn, who think that they are the best just because they joined the football team! Well all but the blonde guy who doesn't give a crap about any of that! He just sits alone and doesn't care about winning the laps. But as for the rest of them, let's just say they changed their minds after I beat them all when completing the laps *wink*

Now its lunch time, I was praying that they are serving meat today because I'm craving for it!

I walked towards the lunch line, luckily there wasn't much people there queuing. While waiting for the line to shorten I suddenly saw as there were people crowding around something.
