Chapter 11

All day today I couldn't get over the dream. I had last night.

Did it mean something?

Is Lucas really going to die?

Just thinking about it breaks my heart.

"Hazel do you know the answer to this equation?" The teacher said.

"I'm sorry, but please can I be excused? I really don't feel well." I said putting both hands on my head.

"Oh dear, yes your excused." She said.

I wasted no time in getting out of the classroom.

I went to the empty hallway and sat on the floor, while my breathing becomes more difficult.

'I need to go for a run' I told myself. 

'Yeah let me takeover for a while Hazel.' Hope mind linked.

So I quickly ran towards the entrance exit and towards the car park, down the hill and inside the forest. I stripped off my clothes and let Hope takeover and she ran towards 'our beach'. 

When we arrived Hope ran towards the water and wetting her fur.

Hope is a great swimmer, she always swims like a dog with her 4 paws.

She made her way to the sand and shook the water off her fur and sat on the sand feeling the sun warming her fur. She closed her eyes for a bit, until she heard a snapped twig.

She held her head up high trying to sense something until a young vampire who looks who looks very similar to Lucas walked down the beach about 20 feet away from me and Hope.

Hope got into attack mode and growled at the vampire.

"Keep calm Hope, I'm not going to hurt you." The boy said.

'How did he know my name?' Hope mind linked.

'I don't know but I don't like this one bit.' I mind linked back.

"Allow me to introduce myself I'm Damon Eder, Lucas's brother and you must be my new sister-in-law Hazel and your wolf Hope." Damon smiled.

Hope growled.

'Can I kill him?' She mind linked.

'Not yet.' I responded.

"I've been following you around and realised how your really close to my brother, since he made a point about the vampires biting ANIMALS and not humans." Damon smirked.

'Now can I kill him?' Hope mind linked 

'No we still don't know, how he knew about us yet.' I mind linked back

"If your wondering where I got the information from, I got it from my dear sister Liz, she would do anything to keep her daughter safe." Damon said while laughing to himself.

I like Liz! These days she started calling me more asking if I was okay. I thought it was nothing....
