5 weeks later...

Hazel Pov:

I'm currently lying down on my bed with a room that's soundproof to all wolves. I just wanted my privacy.

My father has been treating me like a queen, ever since he found out about my pregnancy. Which makes me sick!

Lucas still doesn't know anything.....and I'm going to keep it that way. I just need him to focus on his brother and the vampire council more, so that I will be safe which meant that the baby is safe too.

If I told Lucas, there's no doubt that he would come to me straight away and then we will become a bigger target towards the Vampire Council.

I've been inviting Gabbe to the pack house. All Gabbe knows is that I'm pregnant and she's kept me company as well as my mother.

Thank god my room was soundproof because who knows what's going on out there, while me and Gabbe are in my room watching movies.

But right now I'm so sick and tired of staying in the same room all day and I want to get out of here right now!

I walked out of the room and went downstairs.

I almost made it out to the exit, until Tom the gamma of the pack stop me.

"Where are you going Hazel?" He questioned, while folding his arms and blocking the door.

"Out for a run. Hope is getting restless and she will go mad and tear down the pack house, if I don't go out right now." I warned, while narrowing my eyes at Tom.

He signed.

"Fine, but your going with Jack and you better be back, before your father comes home from his scouting." He said.

"I heard my name..." said some familiar voice.

I turned around slowly and faced my ex....my enemy.

"Hazel wants to leave and your the only kid that I trust to ensure her safety." Tom stated simply.

I snorted.

Jack to ensure the safety of me and my unborn child that's a lot of bullshi-

"Okay I don't mind." He said looking at me.

I looked at the green eyes that, I had once loved and now they mean nothing to me!

But I smiled at him

This should be fun!

I grabbed my leather jacket from the hook and stepped outside, while Jack was getting his coat.

Before he could breath in the fresh air.

I changed into Hope and mind linked her to 'run'.

She did just that...

I want to get away from him and ensure that he gets into trouble and then maybe my father might kick him out of the pack, since he really cares about his daughter and unborn baby so much.

I heard Jack yell my name but I ignored him.

I looked back at him just once to look at his expression, but he wasn't looking at me but to his right, then snapped his head towards me and stared at me with wide eyes.

"Hazel watch out!" He shouted.

I didn't know what he was saying at first and then the last thing I heard was a truck honking.

All I saw was darkness.....
