Baekhyun's POV.
We we're asked to gather on the practice room today, but it was said yesterday that we won't be having any practice today, so all of us are quite confused.
"Ah waeEEeE!? Aren't we supposed to have some rest today?"
Chen exclaimed, I laughed as he scream what he was thinking.
"Yah! Your voice is so loud Chen! It's echoing you know!" --Suho
The door was suddenly swung open when Kyungsoo,Kai,Chanyeol,Sehun and Minseok-hyung arrived.
All of them has this irritated expressions on their faces as they made their entrance in the practice room. I laughed loud
"YAH! BAEKHYUN-AH! why are you laughing!?" Chanyeol shouted which echoed across the corners of the practice room
"Nothing HAHAHAHAAHAH your faces is just so hilarious HAHAAH I know you guys have nothing to do though" I said while holding my laughter
"Why are we being summoned today anyway? Suho-hyung?" -D.O.
We all turned our heads to face Suho-hyung and I know he can see, that the same question is also bothering each and everyone of us.
"I-i don't know too, maybe some urgent announcement" Suho hesitantly said then shrugged.
"Aish molla molla , let's just wait for them" --Sehun
[Molla-whatever]
As Sehun said those words the door once again was swung open.
Our manager entered the room
We all greeted him in unison and patiently waited for him to talk.
"I'm sorry for calling you all today despite of your break, I have something to say to all of you, and I think it's better if I'll say it in person."
"Ah Gwaenchanayo" some of our members said. I remained quiet and listen to our manager. I'm seriously feeling something I cannot explain HAHAAHA
"Yah Baekhyun-hyung? Are you crazy? Why are you laughing?"
Kai whispered while looking at me
as if laughing is a weird thing to do.
I playfully slapped his stomach and diverted back my attention to our manager.
"I have a bad news and a good news, which one do you guys want first?" So this is what I'm feeling huh?
That very statement of our manager earned a lot of side comments,
All of them suddenly started talking to each other, it seems like they all got excited just by hearing the word 'good news' not minding the bad one.
"BAD NEWS FIRST!" I shouted while raising my hands up, all of them agreed as we intensely stared on our manager.
"EXO's make-up artist has filed her resignation last week---"
"Wae?" Kai interrupted
"Let him finish his words"
--minseok-hyung
"She was pregnant and is planning to have a family, we are having a hard time finding another make-up artist to replace her, we need someone who's as good and trustworthy as her."
"Oh gwaenchanha we don't have much shows lately, I think you quite have an ample time to find a new one" Suho-hyung said and we all agreed
Our manager nodded, he doesn't seem to be bothered at all... it's like the problem has been resolved.
"Baekhyun's photographer was fired"
"Ah waeyo!?" Wae?why was he fired?
"Because of some conflict" he shortly said while eyeing me.
Am I not allowed to ask more?wae?
"So what's the good one?" Sehun asked
Manager's face suddenly brightened
which makes us all stare at him in anticipation.
"Both problem has been resolved by me ofcourse----"
"Aaah! Why bother telling us then!?" Chanyeol exclaimed that made everyone laugh in agreement
"Hahahahah I just thought you need to know it so that you guys won't be surprised. Boys listen to me first no interruptions!"
He said as he eyed us especially Chanyeol, Sehun and Kai who has been interrupting him since the very beginning.
"I referred someone who is both great on cosmetics and photography, see? It's solving two problems at once. We can surely trust her since she is my niece---"
"YOJA!?" --almost all of us scream in unison.
A woman!? So we'll be having a hard time adjusting again? Our previous make-up artist is much more older than us so we view her as our aunt...
And this newly hire woman will be my photographer as well??
"Ne, she's my niece I'm telling you all she'll be good." All of us remained silent, probably thinking or even imagining what she's like
"A girl? Won't it be awkward for all of us again? How old is she?" Kyungsoo asked
"I just have some reminders for you boys" our manager said not bothering to answer Kyungsoo's question.
"My niece will work as a crew who is assigned on your make-ups and as Baekhyun's temporary photographer. She'll be here with us for only 3 months. She'll be replaced right away if we already found someone who'll takeover the left work."
Aaaah only 3 months, a temporary crew eh?
"As for my niece, she's under my punishment" I looked at him, questioning what he just said, I'm pretty sure that each and everyone's attention is now concentrated on him.
"Ah how do I say this,...My niece is quite a hard-headed girl so I think this would be a merciful punishment for her, with this work on her shoulder I'll be holding a tight grip on her freedom."
He paused and laughed which is so weird
"I'm warning you my boys Haha! This niece of mine tends to be very bossy, she's very deceiving too sometimes, but she's very kind and trustworthy" he said those with a fatherly smile. I looked around and saw the members looking anywhere like they're imagining manager's niece.
"Is she beautiful?" Kai received numerous kicks from the members because of his question
"Ofcourse, she's my niece" our manager proudly said as he laughed.
"OoOooOoH!" most of us reacted, suddenly the room's ambiance was filled with excitement...I guess boys will really be boys HAHAHAHAH
"AH that sounds exciting" Kai jokingly said as we all laughed
"You will probably meet her tomorrow. I know you boys will treat her nicely I don't have to worry about that. Let's call it a day"
Manager then bid his goodbye leaving the 8 of us here in the practice room.
"Why am I excited?" Chanyeol asked to no one
"Yeah, Nado" Chen and Kai agreed
"I hope she's older than us hahahaha" Suho said out of nowhere
We looked at him, confused
"Ah waeyo? If she's younger than Sehun then we'll just baby sit her...Ah I can't imagine a girl here calling all of us oppa" we all laughed at his explanation.
"That would be cute though HAHAHAHAA" I said
"I'm going, Vivi is waiting on my room" Sehun stood up and left the room, one by one all of us left the practice room as well and went back to rest.
