"Who's that guy?" Marcus asked.

"Don't you think you're becoming too friendly?" I asked as I got suspicious about his actions.

"Why would I not be friendly to someone who came to apologise and gave me such delicious cupcakes?" He mentioned, guilt began to grow inside, it was getting very uncomfortable.

"Haha...yeah" I laughed awkwardly. Then the rest of the ride both of us barely spoke.

~

Finally we reached our apartment, they 10 minute ride seemed like eternity.

"ThanksfortherideMarcus, seeyoulaterbye" I spoke as fast as i could and dashed out of the car.

"Stop. Right. There!" Marcus said, that stopped me on my tracks and turned around to look at him.

"You really thought I was being nice? He raised his eyebrow.

"Shit" I mumbled

"You added salt to the cupcakes, didn't you?" He only looked calm but from the inside he was raging in anger.

*Flashback*

He didn't open the door, that really pissed me off, so before I went to my balcony I took the cupcakes to the kitchen and added loads of salt like salt bae.

*End of Flashback*

"He he" I smiled sheepishly

"Dude, really?! Are you being serious right now?" He pretty much yelled.

"Well you didn't open the door!" I said.

"So you put salt on the cupcakes? Really, salt?" He then sighed heavily, "You what? I've had enough of your bullshit." And he just walked passed me.

"Hey! Stop" I called out even though I didn't know what to say to him, ugh this all my fault. I hate my life.

~

Its been two days since we both saw each other, I really needed to apologise, I don't know why its bothering me so much. I should really stop doing such immature things. This time when I apologise I should take with me something the likes, but I don't know what he likes. But maybe social media can help, I quickly opened Instagarm and searched his name, finding him was a piece of cake and damn look at the number of followers he has, Ray what do you expect from a hawt ass boi like him.

I check out his bio and find that he loves PlayStation and so do I, I've got PlayStation with me, wow what a coincidence. I grab my PlayStation and walk over to his door.

"Hey could you please open up?" I knock on the door a little too violently.

"What?!" Yay he opened, well I'd expect him to. So far so good.

"I'm sorry about before and I really mean it, I got PlayStation, we could play PS4." I smiled sheepishly.

*awkwardly coughs* "Yeah come in" he said as he opened the door wider for me to get in.

"Have I been forgiven?" I asked.

"Yeah somewhat" he avoided eye contact.

"You know if you don't, then you'd be pretty much using me for this PS4?"

"Yeah yeah I really forgive you."

"Hey, you have any beer?" I asked as I set up the PlayStation.

"Yeah I do"

"Bring some, you can't enjoy PlayStation without beer" I said.

~

We stayed up the whole night playing PS4 and I got pretty much drunk with all that beer. Its was 12:30am, and both of us got tired so we were just laying on the couch. Then out of the blue Marcus asked-

"Hey, how did you know that I love playing PS4?"

"Ah....that, I saw your highlights on Instagram." I replied.

"Such a stalker." He smirked.

"Shut up! And how did you know where I was earlier." I shot back.

"As soon as you left, I went and asked your brother where I could find you, so he said that you work at a café and that your shift gets over at 3." He shrugged.

"Hmm....I bet he said more things about me." I said as I sat back up.

"Yeah...actually lots."

"Tell me."

"He mostly spoke about your hardships in life."

"God Patrick always does that" I said, it annoyed me, the fact that he goes around telling people what all I've been through.

"I'm sorry about your sister." Shit shit shit not now, talking about her is the hardest thing ever.

"Yeah whatever." I said as I tried to hold back tears.

"So your sister really committed suicide?" He asked. That's so stupid of him why is he continuing this topic.

"All because of her crazy ass ex who cheated on her and then came back to her with a shitty ass apology and when my sister did not accept it since she was moving on, he in turn began to harass her and went ahead to make her life miserable so she-" I could not say anything, its been three years since then but it just feels like yesterday, my heart aches, I was trying to get over it but this jerk had to rub it in.

"That's so stupid she should have just called on the cops." Did he just- "Excuse me?! Are you being serious right now?!" I asked in shock, like seriously he had the audacity to say such a thing.

"Hey chill it was just a joke." He said

"A joke? Seriously? Death is nothing to joke about." I stood up, ready to leave. I packed up my PlayStation and left, I heard him say a bunch of things from behind, but I simply ignored.

I dashed into my bedroom and sobbed all night, suddenly I started getting weird text messages from an unknown number, like 'Hey Beautiful' 'Why you sad' 'You know I can see you', may be someone is just pranking, but just in case something, I closed all the curtains.

After sometime I heard the door knob open, thinking it was Patrick, I just ignored it. But then the sudden knocking on the door of my room strarteled me.

Now I knew that it was not Patrick but someone else.
