Nothing got back to normal since that day, I kept receiving those texts from that creepy dude, I started getting paranoid day by day, Brook watched over me like a hawk, and my relationship with Aiden was better than ever, though Brook still didn't like him. Brook always came with me to work and sat there doing nothing, Kevin has friends living nearby so he visits them frequently, and Marcus, he was still down because of that girl he liked.

Today, Brook dropped me off at work, but she couldn't stay back cause, Kevin's friends were bringing their girls, and he didn't want to wheel around with them so he ask Brook to accompany him.

"Listen Ray, I have asked someone to pick you up after work so don't go home alone, and we will be back very late so lock all doors and windows properly." With that she drove off.

"Damn even my mom doesn't act like this." I whispered under my breath.

"Hey Ray! How are you." Aiden came running to me. My face lit up when I saw him, I felt safe when I was around him.

"Hey Aiden." I smiled.

"I missed you so much!" He wrapped his arms around me, well that caught me off guard.

"Aiden stop it, everyone is looking." I was embarrassed.

"I want them to know how much I love you." He hugged me even more tight. He was making blush so hard.

"Okay now let go, our shift is going to begin soon." I patted his back.

"Fine there you go." He let go, making me immediately miss his scent.

"Don't do that in a public place." I hit his chest.

"Ow ow ok I won't." He said. 

"Good." I said.

"Why? Didn't you miss me." He leaned a little closer, damn it he knows my weakness. Just then a bag came flying and hit his head. "Ow fuck."

"Oops, I'm sorry." 

"Brook?" I said in shock.

"You forgot your bag in the car." She said as she glared at Aiden. "Anyways, I'm getting late so I'll get going."

"Okay bye." I said as I picked up my bag.

"Oh and you." Brook said as she pointed at Aiden.

"Me?" He pointed at himself.

"Yes you! You better keep distance from Ray, or you'll never know when this bag will come flying." She said and walked off. " Bye Ray stay safe."

"Wow! Who was she?" Aiden asked.

"My god mother."

I was sitting at the counter, I felt like I was being watched, I think I'm just getting paranoid, but I kept looking around to check, it was a very weird feeling, one thing that kept me clam was the crowd, the person wouldn't dare to do anything to me in front of the crowd. Aiden would pass by now and then which was a relief.

"Ray what's up, you look a little bothered." Aiden walked towards me

"I am?" 

"Yeah you are, tell me what's bothering you." He leaned on the counter.

"Nothing at all." I lied, I didn't want him to get troubled because of me.

"You know I'm always there for you, tell me when you are ready." He ruffled my hair, and got back to work. Sometimes I feel, do I really deserve this? Like he is a kind of boyfriend every girl would die for. I couldn't help but smile at his gesture.
