Did I heared it right? Mom will finally allow me to study med school. I just can't explain how happy I am right now. Ni hindi ko na inalintana ang paghingi niya nang tawad. I'll take her one condition so that I can go to med school.
I took a shower for half of an hour. I decided to wear rosegold spagetti dress silk and paired it with strappy heels. Nilugay ko lang ang buhok kong hanggang bewang at naglagay nang light make up.
I went downstairs since may bisita raw kami. Habang papalapit sa dining area wala pa si Mom. I can see a man staring at me intently, but when he saw me also staring at him he avoided my gaze.
He's has an appealing features, really kailan pa ako na gwagwapohan sa lalaki. He has an almond eyes, pinkish lips, pointed nose and muscles at their right places. He's wearing a long-sleeved na nakatupi hanggang siko , nakabukas ang tatlong buttones and paired it with a black slacks.
Tumayo siya at naglahad nang kamay, seems friendly or just giving respect.
"Rhys" he said coldly.
"And?" inirapan ko siya wala akong paki alam kung gwapo siya no.
"Sungit" he whispered kahit na rinig ko naman.
"Okay, I'm Bliss"
"Oh, you two are so cute together"
Mom suddenly appeared. Mom kissed mo on my cheeks or just for show. She always getting sweet kapag may bisita. Para ano para sabihan na mabuting ina?.
"Bliss, this is Kendrik Rhys Hernandez and soon to be a Doctor" sabi ni Mom.Inilahad naman ni Rhys ang kanyang kamay.
"Doc, this is Qeleigh Bliss Azarcon, my one and only daughter " tinanggap ko nalang ang kamay ni Rhys. I am curious kung ano ang residency niya. I want to be a pedriatric residency kasi eh.
"Umupo na kayo kakain na tayo"sabi ni Mom. Siya lang naman ang nagsasalita tanging tango lang ang iginawad ko. We started eating and no one dare to speak.Nang matapos kami kumain.
"Bliss, remember what I told you earlier? " Mom finally spoke again.
" What condition ,Mommy? " I said.
Rhys smirked parang alam niya ang condition ah. But he was staring me coldly, I felt his burning glaze.I averted my attention to Mommy.
"Rhys will be your fiancee" my world literally stopped.Ito ba ang kapalit nang pagiging doctor ko?.
"You are bound to marry the eldest Hernandez"
