Y/N POV
Blake drove us to her house, which was in the Hollywood hills. Her house, compared to all the other mansions in the neighborhood, was rather small, but it looked like a real home, not a compound.
After she parked in her driveway, she once again opened my door for me. I thanked her and grabbed my purse, following her to her front porch.
She unlocked her front door and motioned for me to go in first. As soon as I stepped foot into the entryway, it lit up.
I gasped at the beautify of her home. "Want a tour?" She asked, her eyes shining. I nodded excellently.
She took off her shoes so I followed her example and set them neatly by the door.
The tour wasn't super long. Her house was one floor with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen, and a big backyard with a pool, hot tub, and mini pool house-bar thingy.
Her house was so clean and modern, but felt super...Blake. If you looked at a picture of this woman, and then went to her house, right away, you'd know she lived here.
We ended up in her living room, which had huge windows, giving you a perfect view of LA.
"Your house is beautiful." I said, looking at the breath taking view of the city.
"Thank you." She said from behind me. I could hear her smile, and it made me smile.
"What movie would you like to watch?" Blake asked, stepping forwards so we were now standing next to each other.
"I'm fine with anything." I said, shrugging.
She chuckled. "Come on Y/N, you must have a favorite?"
The Shallows I thought to myself, but again, I didn't say it.
"Uh....I wouldn't mind watching Ocean's 8, if you'd like to watch that." I said, thinking about all the hot women in that movie.
"That sounds great!" She said, smiling widely. "I'll get it set up."
"Make yourself comfortable. Want anything to eat or drink?" She asked, grabbing the remote from the coffee table and sitting down on the couch.
I sat down on the couch about a foot away from her. "Uh-I'm fine with anything..."
"Y/N, don't be afraid to ask for anything. You're my guest, I want to make sure you are comfortable." She turned to me, a warm, inviting smile on her lips. I relaxed upon seeing her expression.
"O-okay...water is fine, thank you." She nodded, setting the remote back on the coffee table, Blake stood and walked to the kitchen.
I looked at the TV and saw the opening scene of Ocean's 8 cued up. About a minute later, Blake walked back into the room, two glasses of ice water in her hands.
She handed me one, and set her own down on the glass table. "Thank you." I said, taking a refreshing sip of the cool liquid. "Of course." She said, her eyes sparkling.
"Ready for the movie?" She asked, presumably making sure I was comfortable. I nodded, noticing that she was sitting a little closer to me. I brushed it off as a non deliberate choice, but welcomed the closeness anyway.
Blake started the movie and I squealed in excitement. From the corner of my eye I saw Blake smile.
We watched the movie, enjoying both the film and each others presence. It felt nice to just be with Blake. To be alone with her, spending time with her. It was really something I could get used to.
I knew it'd take time for me to be completely comfortable around her, as it did with any new person, but it was surprising how fast it seemed to happen.
By the time the movie ended, my eyes were feeling pretty heavy. I knew Blake and I had work in the morning, and I needed to head home.
I hadn't even realized how much the two of us had seemingly moved throughout the film. We started out with a bit of distance between us, but now I was pressed against Blake's side, her arm resting on the back of the couch, over my shoulders.
Her body gave me a warmth and comfort I had never felt with anyone before. I didn't want to move.
"That was a great movie, good choice Y/N." Blake said, turning her head to look at me, a cute smile on her lips.
I smiled. "I love that movie. So many hot women." I said dreamily. The blonde chuckled. "True."
"What time is it?" I asked, yawning.
Blake checked her watch. "Ooh, it's late. 10:03. I guess I should drive you home." Her voice sounded reluctant, but I was probably just imagining it.
"Yeah, we got work tomorrow." I said, smiling at the thought of seeing Blake tomorrow.
"Yes ma'am." She agreed. I snickered and stood, stretching.
------
Blake drove me back to my apartment. Before I closed the door to her jeep, I told her, "Next time I'll invite you in." I said, chuckling.
She raised her eyebrows with a smirk. "Oh, so there's a next time?"
"Maybe..." I said, smirking back, not knowing where my sudden confidence came from.
She laughed. "Good night Y/N. Thank you for dinner. I'm getting the next one though."
I smiled. "Ooh so there is a next one!" I said triumphantly. Blake laughed.
"I guess so."
"Goodnight Blake." I said, waving at her. She winked and I smiled to myself, shutting her door. She didn't pull away though, she waited until I was safely inside the lobby of my apartment building before shooting me one final wave. I returned it and watched her drive off.
When I entered my apartment, I dropped my bag at the door and kicked my shoes off. Not even believing that I had just spent almost the whole day with Blake Lively, most of that time being alone with her. I texted Cameron, telling her I'd call her early tomorrow morning, before I went to work, to fill her in.
I took a quick shower and changed into my PJ's before plugging my phone in.
I was about to close my eyes when my phone vibrated.
I grabbed it from my night stand and saw that I had gotten a text. From Blake.
Blake 😉: I had fun tonight :)
My hands shook nervously as I eagerly responded.
Y/N 😳: Me too, can't wait till next time 😁
As much as I wanted to stay up texting Blake, my eyes were starting to close and my body felt heavy.
Just before I just my phone back down, I saw Blake's last text.
Blake 😉: Good Night Princess
