Luke POV
As I listened to Bethany's voice ramble on, I couldn't stop thinking about that kiss. That magical, beautiful kiss and how I wanted more. I have never felt this way about a girl before.
Bethany's POV
As we made our way to the park I was confused asking Luke were we are going and he giving me his perfect smile in response. We slowly made our way to a picnic table with candles all around it and breadsticks. I love breadsticks. It felt like we were in our own world. I could see Luke staring at me out of the corner of my eye. I turned to face him and looked at him. Luke said with a grin, "your not going to start crying again are you". He laughed his super sexy laugh and I playfully punched him in the arm.
I said with amazement "Luke this is amazing, I love it". He came behind me and hugged me and it felt like he wouldn't let go and I didn't want him to.
After getting full till I couldn't hold anything anymore we made our way to the grass and looked up at the stars. Luke had his arm around me and was leaning in for a kiss when we hear the full house theme song. MY PHONE WENT OFF AT THE PERFECT MOMENT! I answered it.
Phone Convo
Mom: hey honey me and your dad (my adopted parents) wont be home tonight I just didn't want you to worry we already put up the security alarms so no one can get it okay?
Me: (shit I forgot to tell my mom about my date) Ummm okay mom when will you be back tommorow?
Mom: about 2:00 p.m k love ya
Me: love you too
End of phone convo
" Who was that", Luke said almost in a whisper. "My mom", I replied, "I cant get in my house, my mom put the security alarm on already and my parents aren't going to be home."
"What about your brothers?'' Luke asked. "One of them is in college and the other lives in Indiana were in Sydney fucking Australia thats far away!" I snapped
Luke looks alarmend and offended. He didn't do anything wrong
"Listen babe I didn't mean it Im sorry", I apologize.
Luke smiled and said, "You can stay at my place my parents are away on vacation and I dont have any siblings, babe". He mocking me makes us both laugh. I smile and say "sure" more nervously then I ment to. I think its time that I tell him my secret.
